One of the three greatest country songs from that era with the name Bubba in the title! *Bubba Shot The Jukebox* , *Bubba Hyde* , and this one!!! There are others, but those are the three best!
Thank you so much for reminding us of the song Bubba Hyde, it was hilarious! Terrific, just like Bubba Shot the Jukebox and If Bubba Can Dance I can too!
I have had 3 knee surgeries and I have scoliosis. I had music going in the kitchen and my wife was like "You can't dance." That was my ultimate "Hold my beer moment." I was twirling her around the floor and everything. She was quite shocked.
@@ventacasaciudadjardincali1321really? The man was just telling us how he can still dance and have fun in spite of his health issues. Clearly, the Lord is with him already!
I am African American and he dances just like my daddy, and everybody loved dancing with him except Momma. County from his head to his toes. RIP Mom and Dad.
Some country folk can get down but I went to watch my cousin play at a bar in PA surrounded by farmland. Watching those people made me think they were auditioning to be extras on The Walking Dead! LOL! God bless your parents!
I have left at least five comments on videos by black artists started out saying I am white boy, I grew up on this music. Barry white, teddy pendergrass, al green, chaka khan etc. and it shaped my life.) i have been criticized on each for saying I am white. Welcome to country music Paula... there are no barriers here. We are all lovers of music. I dont care if you are purple with blue polka dots... just glad you love the music!
I never really was interested in them back in the day. I liked waylon and Haggard or anything like that. I thought Shenandoah and little Texas were to modern and not country but these days what they call country makes that 90's crap sound good. Country ain't country no more!
That expression you hear, "where you been all my life" definitely applies to this song! First time I've ever heard this tune and I'm wondering; "Where have you been all my life"?
The big guy playing Bubba and the redheaded girl playing fiddle both are very impressive dancers. This was one of the best videos of that era of Country.
"Bubba" is my Sig Ep brother from East Texas State, Mike Cole. He was big with Coca Cola and worked some events where Shenandoah played. Got to be friends and got in the video! Good dude.
In a world of todays music this tells me there is still hope for old guys to find great new music. So many new bands out going back to the real music and not cookie cutter stuff. Great stuff here
LOVE this group!!! Don't know what happened to them but I stumbled on this video and it took me back to some good times. Ah the good old days when talent was REAL talent and not this crap we have today.
We're still out here Jeanne. We have a new duets record coming out this fall with several artists. Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney and several more. Keep up with us at www.shenandoahband.com or facebook.com/shenandoahband. Thanks for the kind words.
This was music back then. I miss them days that's when we would all act silly and let it all go. We didnt give a s..t about what other people thought. We done it just to have fun.
F"**k line dancers They hog the dance floor and drink water Club owners hated them , cover charge didn't pay for the toilet paper they used And they ranked with the smell of cheap perfume.
Does anybody else remember dancing to this at Archie and Marlene's Nashville North? Best honkey tonk ever. And just outside of Chicago to boot. I was depressed for weeks when they closed down. Now I live in Kentucky and can't find a joint that can hold a candle to that place.

They don’t make country music like this anymore. Great song and great band.

I have totally forgotten about Shenandoah truly one of the best 90s country bands ever!!!!!!
I have seen them in concert twice in 2019. Always a good time and great people ❤️
How could you forget
My favorite is Cumberland road. But any Shenandoah is good.

Tell me about it. That was country's prime era & it did fly, but it was a blast.
Blasted in my car! Going home!!!!!!
RIP Ralph Ezell....Great memories of Shenandoah at the fairs....
This is 1000 time better then any suburban rap country they play now.

The lead guitar player looks like a young Alan Jackson.
When country was still country. What a shame it's been lost.
Iv always thought he did
Jimmy Seales...he does resemble Alan
STOP THAT !! ):()

Country in the 1990s was a lot of fun. It's not like that any more.

[GMD] Landon your Dad is also super nice. Got to visit with him in Montana when they made several stops here. Love Shenandoah!
90s was the last decade for true country music.😣
At least he ain't shootin' the jukebox!
