Has anyone told you today they love you?? Well, if they haven't, they weren't stuck on the Temple of Gales (glitch and all) for months. Thank you, grazie, gracias, arigatou, *bows low*. I cannot tell you the sense of relief your videos on this Torture from Heck Temple have given me. If someone had said "an "easy" quest in an online game will give you a migraine" I wouldn't have believed them. Thank you. Simple, clear, straight forward. And perfectly understandable.

This guide helped a lot! Unfortunately, I am afraid I am one of the unlucky ones who is also bugged because I cannot read the final log for Elouisa on the left table next to blue egg. It's literally the last log I need to read.
The log on the table next to the blue egg is just a lore entry that has nothing to do with the quest. Just follow our guide (timestamps) for all Elouisa logs, there is only one on the final island and that's outside, on the lower level of the ring-shaped platform that surrounds the rotating orb.
@@Pixelcave Thank you for the walkthrough, it was extremely helpful. I can't seem to be able to reach the last proof for Elouisa on the ring-shaped platform. There is no air that can help me get there. Could this be a bug? If so, how can I fix it? I need to complete both of their quests for the final reward. Is there any other way to get to that part of the platform? I've also completed the 15 eggs quest so it should unlock the stream of air but it didn't . Thank you in advance for your time
Actually, I've managed to do it. I had to do all the quest for the ladies first and then the last air thingy. Thought I'd let everyone know this. Keep up the good job!

Ive gotten only 3/4 caleri proof even after finding all of the evidence log and only 1/4 elousa proof even after findig all 8 evidence log things

I think I've figured it out. It's a bit tedious, but you need to go back around to them and read the ones again that didn't trigger their part in the quest. I think it's a bug that makes reading them to trigger their part in it unreliable. Possibly related to having multiple new ones read before telling the sisters about them.
I had all but one for Eloisa, and I went back through them following this video. It was 1 that I had clicked on and read a few times before. But I did have 3 or 4 to report back in 1 go to 1 of them, previously.

I really appreciate all your guide videos for this temple from hell, but I just have to say, I really wish you hadn't skipped the parts where you moved between the islands. I came back to this quest months after I got the eggs for Zeki (which I also relied on your guide for), and I had a hell of a time figuring out where to pick up when you cut to a different island and said "From where you land, go to...". It took me watching some parts of your video over and over and over to work out which part of which island you were talking about. Still, would never have finished these quests without your videos, so thanks again!
Thank you for the feedback, it's good to hear and helpful. In case of the the points of "arrival", these are the Flowgates/Teleporters which you should have unlocked when having done the Egg quest. However, we can see how it can be confusing if one returns to the game after a while. It's always a balance act with these guides, either you are too short or too comprehensive. We usually try to be as clear and to the point as possible (and believe me, there are still those complaining we are not "quick" enough). This Temple was of course very complex, so it was overall challenging to find the best approach. Thanks again for the feedback, we'll keep it in mind for future guides!

I’ve been stuck on this quest for a while i got all of Caleri’s but only 3/4 of Elouisa, I went and read all of the evidence again and randomly was ready to talk to Elouisa again even though the check mark for the quest said it wasn’t completed. Probably a bug but ugh! took forever 😂
If so, that's indeed an extremely annoying bug - can just imagine how long it took you to figure that out, I mean, who would know. Glad you managed to complete it though!

Oh, maybe we were lucky then - we both definitely didn't answer all questions 100%, just the ones we remembered or those which were logical. So it didn't complete at first for you?

When I have watch one of your video where to find the egg I already ready all the evidence 😅 can't believe she ask to do again 😅and 3.11 i can't do it 😮 but lucky that that time I already have 11 egg😅 so I skip and past test, I wonder if I still can't do again on the same past 3.11 you think should be alright when i already all? 😅
You only need 10 Eggs to progress the quest, but if you want a secret treasure chest to appear next to the big nest, you need to collect all 15 - but it's really not worth it. The part at 3:11 is difficult, yes - the trick is to just jump in with your Glider and let go of the forward button, don't press forward!
Omg not pressing forward button is the solution. I was jumping so many times. Btw, what is the yellow egg on top of windmill? I cant reach it.

I completed everything,every quest and side quest even got all 7 treasures and starred ancient clowdminnow. i have the ancient flowbugs at my quest item backpack but i cant see anywhere the starred ancient flowbug.. any idea?
Hm, so you completed this quest but can't find the starred reward in your bag/quest item bag? I'm curious why you would still have the other, regular Ancient Flowbugs in your quest bag though, since you completed that task for Elouisa as well? Did you check your home storage in case your inventory was full and the item got sent home?
I have the same issue! I even finished the last puzzle on the main island to get the chest and got the fish in that one, but still no starred pink flowbug! :(
@@Li1979Ma Just answering here as well (as the other comment might be missed). It seems it's a known issue that the bug can disappear from your inventory since patch 0.179 - the devs are working on a fix, so hopefully there will be an update in the next patch notes!

Temple of the gales has been driving me nuts
For study 487 elouisa, i cant stay in the current, it doesnt give me enough wind ro reach the next little island. It gives me such a short little burst :( im on switch btw what do i do
It takes a bit practice, but once you understand how it works, it's relatively easy. Jump into the wind stream, open your Glider - and here comes the tip: Stop pressing forward, just let the wind carry you up! Once high enough, glide to the next stream and once inside - once again let go of the forward control.

If you have added the eggs to the nest and couldn't talk to Zeki afterwards, or the wind stream didn't get unlocked, then I'm afraid you're one of the many unlucky players who has a bugged quest. Unfortunately, if you don't get the wind stream you are blocked from quest progression. You can fly over, die and respawn at the final island for the last piece of evidence, but you won't be able to complete the treasure quest, nor the main quest. Unfortunately, the Devs will only fix it after the holidays.
For me it didn’t work until I did the food source quest

Oh mylanta. I just need to know how to get across without the flow vent to get the final log. I did the egg challenge but I didn't get an easier way across. I'm over jumping into the abyss.
If your main quest is bugged and you don't get the airflow, the only way to get over is by gliding as far towards the final island as you can, fall and "die", and you'll be spawned at the final island. You can indeed complete the Proof of Magic quest that way. One thing you can check in regards to the bugged main quest, is if you have completed all side tasks from Elouisa and Caleri (the 4 Food Sources and Pink Bugs) - as they are required to progress. If you've done those + the 10 eggs and are stuck, it's unfortunately the bug.

So, if you've collected more than 10 eggs and the fan isn't on, is that a bug, or am I missing another thing? Also, both Elouisa and Caleri have a seperate flow gate mission, but none of the portals are opening/reacting.
The reason the wind stream isn't activating could be down to you not having completed Caleri's and Elouisa's mission (the ones where you need to find 4 food sources and collect pink bugs). Both are required in addition to the eggs (10 eggs, the 15 only give you a bonus treasure chest). I'm not sure why your flow gates are not activating though, usually you should be able to interact/activate them as soon as you land on the islands. I believe both sisters appear at the respective flow gate once you activated them to give you the tasks mentioned above.

@@Pixelcave I’m under the impression that either I kept trying the locations of the “exit” portals instead of the entrance ones, or there was an order to everything that I messed up by not finding the flow gates first.

You mention a teleporter when you go to the water pool island. I don't understand how to get there.

I found all 15 eggs, and I’m trying to get the last proof of magic but I do not see the stream to get to there 😅
Have you completed the tasks for Elouisa and Caleri where they ask you to find 4 food sources and the pink glowbugs? If you've done all of that and delivered at least 10 eggs, then you have unfortunately encountered a quest progression bug many other players have as well - and we're still waiting for the devs to fix it.

I finished the quest, and got the bug. However, it didn't go into inventory. I see it in key items and cannot move it.
I think someone mentioned that you can click on the item in the quest inventory and then select from the drop-down (tooltip) to place it. It's right-click on PC, not sure what is the equivalent on Switch. Alternatively, move it into your storage and try selecting it via the Housing menu (H on PC, Left-Stick on Switch). It's a bit silly but at least a workaround. Let us know if it worked!

Have you completed the other tasks for Elouisa and Caleri (finding the 4 food sources and the pink bugs)? Those are also required for it to unlock.

For that task you need to find 4 pools of water and fish in them. We might do a guide on it with all locations.

You need to have completed Zeki's quest for the 10 Silverwing Eggs, as well as Elouisa's and Caleri's side tasks (finding the 4 Food Sources and the Pink Bugs). Then a wind stream will open up to the last island!
I just completed the quest, but did not receive a bug 😢 Will they give me one later maybe?
Have a look if you can find it in your quest inventory tab in your backpack, the tab marked with "!".

I've found all 8 but says that I only got 3/4 with Elouisa..
Try to turn it in regardless, some players had reported similar issues and it turned out to be a visual display bug and completed when turning it in!
3:07 this part here is my absolute annoyance. Sadly I'll be shelving this quest despite the fact that I need 1 last thing for Elouisa because I've spent 2 real life hours trying to go with the wind current.
I've only managed to do it once but not now. Doesn't help that your character randomly decides they don't wanna climb up a cliff anymore.

Try this: Jump into the wind stream, open your Glider - and here comes the tip: Stop pressing forward, just let the wind carry you up! We made the mistake many times to move forward instead of just holding still, and thereby flying through the stream instead of up. Once high enough, glide to the next stream and once inside - let go of the forward control. It takes a bit of practice, but once you got it, it isn't that hard!

How do you teleport ??
I hate heights and I’ve got 5 eggs so far
Once you reach the other islands, the one far in the north and far in the south, you click on the inactive Flowstone Gate (the round pedestal on the floor as seen at 1:46) which then activates it so you can use it to teleport between the island you're on and the main island.
If you need help with the eggs and want to spend the least possible time searching for them, we made a guide here: th-cam.com/video/KsUSqzrgkY4/w-d-xo.html. You only need 10 (15 eggs simply unlocks a bonus treasure chest, but no unique loot).
The last stream didn't unlock for me and I did all 15 eggs 😢
Have you completed the other side tasks, like collecting the pink bugs and finding all 4 food sources for Elouisa and Caleri? You need to do these as well to unlock the last stream.
I followed this after hours, and to no avail, I really already got them all... one of Elouisa's just bugged
I saw similar feedback from other players, apparently it sometimes displays 3/4 even if all 4 have been read. Some managed to turn the quest in and it worked (can't vouch for it myself).

I've seen reports from others that had the same issue, but figured out it was a display issue only and they could turn in the quest after all. Maybe try that!

You mean the Temple of the Gales itself? You should get letters from Caleri and Elousia, but I believe one prerequisite for that is that you have completed the Temple of the Waves.

Oh no, that's incredibly annoying! It seems there are quite a few issues with the Temple and bugs with various quests for some people. Best to contact support so they can keep you updated in case of a fix!
It may just be a visual bug; at least it was for me! It showed 4/4 for Caleri and 2/4 for Elouisa even tho I found all 8. Talked to Elouisa and got the quest complete.

Are you referring to the portals on the islands with Elouisa and Caleri? You always need to activate the portals there first, before you can use them to fast travel from the main/starter island.
it won’t let me activate the portals like it’s bugged. a lot of the quests i can’t even finish bc it doesn’t give me the option to. i even looked up where the evidences are and i go to the exact same spot and they aren’t there.
@@user-oy5rz9xz2o That's very odd. There are a lot of bugs in the Temple that prevent players from completing it, but that's a first. Hopefully they fix some issues with Tuesday's update - I'd suggest making a support ticket nonetheless.

What do you mean with "what island"? Which quest are you on and what exactly are you looking for? Regarding the pets - the only pet currently available in Palia is the Palcat, which is a bonus for purchasing items/outfits in the in-game store (with real money).

Have you completed the other side tasks, like collecting the pink bugs and finding all 4 food sources for Elouisa and Caleri? You need to do these as well to unlock the stream. If you have done those but it doesn't unlock, I would contact support as it's likely a bug.

I missed like 5 of them lol, absolutely horrible quest design tbh, like finding 8 needles in a haystack, or in this case a massive sky temple.
Not to mention the other lore that's unrelated but looks the same. So easy to miss the ones you need.

There are some Scientist Logs laying around that look the same but are unrelated and just lore, so you might have thought you collected more, but didn't.
