It kept looking like from the edge of ur nostrils to the corners of ur mouth the foundation either broke up, didnt stick, or wore off patchy. It seemed like it did this with each try on. Weird, I was going to pick this up, but im oily so maybe this isnt for me.

I think her vids are raw as in what u see is what You get ..... she uses natural lighting and no filters .... I love that ! And she does pro and cons so ..... there will never be a foundation that would be 100% perfect duh !!!

Thank you for the video. I have oily skin too and live in South Florida where the summers are brutal, well who am I kidding? It's HOT all year round but yeah sometimes I just want to peel my skin from my face 🙄 that's just how gross a lot of foundations end up feeling after a few hours. I think after your review, I may just give this one a go 😍

I dont believe you have to watch the entire thing for her to still make a profit. I've read that you just need to watch at least 30 seconds and then you can skip and the advertiser will still pay out the content maker.

Bitchy Britt ConWoman I agree as an oily acne-prone teenager I used SO much foundation trying to get as much coverage as possible and wondered why it always looked so cakey🤔. But now, as an adult, using minimal product all over and spot concealing gives me MUCH better results.
Yes agree. The older I get I'm still super oily. I have now taken to more illuminating type foundations and bb creams. They tend to melt into my skin more than mattes and minimal is best....less is absolutely more for a cake free face!

Wow, full coverage?! Absolutely not, and it's struggling to even provide medium coverage. I did feel it actually looked 'cakey' in spots, especially around your nose. $39.00 for this foundation is a price that I would expect to perform much better. Oxidation, and transference is a 'deal breaker' for me. I have a very fair, older, normal to dry complexion so I won't be trying this foundation. I think it was interesting that both you (oily) and Taylor (dry) thought it was pretty good. I think with a pore filling primer for both of you and it would look so good.
Question. There are seven days in a week. You say these are weekly wear but I noticed you only test for three days. Is that your version of weekly wear? Not been a smart ass....genuinely would like to know. I love your new video ideas and set ups and I appreciate all you do.💯🌹
I usually only wear makeup about three days a week and I test out a new foundation/face product each week... that's why I call them "Weekly Wear" :)

Ugh it can be hard to read your comments & NOT want to defend you/the way you do things.. I’m not sure why ppl find it so necessary to point out every little thing that they see as ‘wrong’ w. Your technique. Obviously no one has your face but you!!! So I’m gonna trust that there’s a reason behind your technique. It’s one thing when ppl just make a simple note of something they think may be helpful to you.. but other times it’s like the person thinks they’re the god of make up & only they know the right way to do things.
I think this foundation sounded like a great contender.. I’m also a ‘sweater’ so while my skin doesn’t get super oily (I’m more dry) It can get sweaty in the summer, which causes the annoying transferring & all that. So I understand that some things like the oxidization may be worth over looking when you’ve found something that won’t feel heavy or get all over your hands/anything it touches. Ali Turner I love Cassie but I have to disagree with the criticism you mention. I feel that the majority of the criticisms you mention are actually constructive and trying to be helpful although, yes, there are indeed some spiteful people who criticise in a really horrible unnecessary way as well. I would really love Cassie to do a video where she follows subscriber advice to see if some things would help her application, it would be super interesting and would shut some people up by her being able to prove that some things really don’t work on her skin. It is lovely of you to stick up for Cassie though as she does have a lot of rubbish comments that she doesn’t deserve too ❤️
I don't know, I read a lot of comments too that are really snarky. Criticism is fine but I suppose it comes down to the way it's said...
Yeah I would say all in all, it probably is the WAY certain comments are worded that make the difference. I totally understand her followers wanting to help her out, or throwing an idea out there.. but sometimes the comments just rub me the wrong way!!! I also think the TIME you look @ the comments can make a difference because eventually, (& thankfully) the nice comments do rise to the top & the comment section will be mostly positive. I love Cassie for all her ‘flaws’ (if you happen to read this Cassie, I don’t mean flaws in a negative way.. I just mean your real ness & unfiltered videos!!) & for her detailed videos that speak to me as a fellow acne sufferer! Not to mention a fellow picker 🤦🏼♀️😭

the DMV is the "department of motor vehicles" and is where you go to get your driver's license (be it for the first time or to renew it), license plate tabs (which you have to pay for each year to make your car legal to drive), license plates in general, etc. basically all things cars and legality. They're known for being small places crowded with people, long wait times, and frustration all around lol.

Hi, Cassie. I was wondering if you have ever tried going without foundation completely. Maybe you could use under eye concealer, powder, etc. but go a month or so without foundation and just see what happens. I used to wear foundation and I found that it made my acne worse. I stopped using it completely and now I don't even need it. I love your channel; you're my favorite TH-camr. It's just a thought.
I second this, I used to wear foundation and concealer to cover acne and it made my skin very troubled, have not worn foundation for a year now since I started acne treatment and focused more on skin care. Now my skin is better than ever and I only use undereye concealer :)

Hey Cassie, how do you match a foundation, I dont have good luck on matching . I find they just turn kind of orange on my skin. I loved the old Maybelline 24 wear foundation. The new one is so thick and just looks like mud on my face. I have more pink in my skin tone. Happy weekend .
I don't know if it was the lighting on first day but colour looked super yellow. Seems to seperate quite a bit. P.S. love the last day eye look really makes your eyes pop. You have such lovely big eyes!
On another topic, have you seen videos by Dr.Dray? she points out a lot of irritating and comedogenic ingredients in skincare and makeup. I've found it super helpful.
You should try the Armani power fabric balm foundation that comes in a compact its insanely long wearing imo and I get oily as well but this one stays on

Besides it being a bit too dark, I thought this one looked pretty good on you! I couldn't get away with it because I'm a dry skinned lady and I've seen other reviews on woman with dry skin and it's kinda a flakey mess 😒 oh! Also day 3 your eyeshadow is 🔥🔥🔥

I have extremely oily skin :/ and love the juvias place I am magic foundation I find it holds up so we'll on my skin and I live in PHX summer is 110-120 and so far in 112 it lasted so long!! U should try that foundation:) I really want to try this one especially because I know u have very oily skin too so if u love it I think j would too💜 and I just love ur videos!

Love your videos so much! This is one of the better foundations I’ve seen you wear, I really like medium coverage on you. Btw I think you would really benefit from dermaplaning. I think foundations and concealers would stick better around your mouth area if you shaved off some peach fuzz with an eyebrow shaper once a month. Helps a ton for me and we have similar skin! But awesome review :)

I really really love pretty vulgar Packaging. There is voice typing not recognizing pretty vulgar as a brand so it's not capitalized sorry folks. I would like to ask everyone a favor even though we have Breakaway soda bottle plastic holders rings. I can't break them and I have nerve damage so I'm probably about as strong as a sea creature excepting cephalopods. Those Rings kill millions of animals worldwide every year in the oceans. Please just take one moment before you throw them out or recycle them and cut the strip in half the long way so nothing can get caught in it. Thank you so much! :-)

I didn’t mind the coverage of the foundation and how it performed on your oily skin. Foundations on oily skins can be a challenge.
I was wondering though. As it only has a 6 month shelf life, i wondered if it would be better to provide less product in a smaller bottle for less money. $24 for 25ml? For example

I’ve been testing this foundation for the last week and a half. I’ve hard a hard time color matching myself. I’m usually an NC25 with Mac and the shade you featured is actually my shade, “in the buff”. After returning 2 shades I believe your best match would be shade 12, called “no filter”. It was too light for me. This is constructive criticism only, lol, but the “in the buff” shade was quite dark for your light complexion. I do agree it does transfer after about 7 hours of wear however I don’t use primer. I’m trying it with different setting powders and I’m liking it the most with the Huda powder in pound cake. Great review as always hun! I do have to add the packaging is so so pretty and is reusable! Love that concept! GBY and much love!

Lynda Payne yeah, unfortunately they don’t have a huge color selection and I personally had trouble mainly with their undertones. It’s a pretty nice foundation and has some good skin ingredients too besides the Lava water like moringa oil which is an exceptional oil for the skin. ☺️

I think I’m going to try this foundation soon. I have normal/dry skin skin, I think it should work.
Maybe it would last longer if you used a primer for oily skin? Could it be all the moisture making it oxidize? I have no idea I’m just curious how oily skin works lol

The lightest shade would start too dark on me, so after oxidization it would look like my makeup was inspired by Trump. Lol I couldn’t even make this one work with a white mixer. My L’Oréal Fresh Wear is doing ok when I don’t need to be out all day, but it’s getting too hot and I’m getting too oily for it this summer. Guess it’s back to my trusty Revlon Colorstay for a few months, but it feels heavy when my oils start coming through. Glad you’re back to be testing foundations out for me as a fellow oily person who can’t handle the heat and humidity. Lol💕
