Teddybear minds the babies: Cal, TT, Mikey & Finnegan

- Maggie has found us a huge-mungous (which is a Maggie-ism for humungous) teddy bear which was being thrown out, and after a little spinal, thyroid, ear and hernia surgery to prevent his innards leaking out, our bear has been named Fozzzdyke, Fozzie for short.
Fozzie has accepted his role of grandfather bear to the little batties who love to poo on him and cuddle up to his Royal Fuzziness, Fozzie.
Caltrops, Temporarily Tommy, Mikey and Finnegan have been introduced to Fozzie, and they've had a lovely time.
Mikey refused to go to sleep because it was so exciting, and then she tried to beat up TT, so she's been sinbinned into the dressing gown pocket, where, once confined, she has gone to sleep. It's a matter of reducing options so they don't have a choice.
... Just a few moments in a day in the life with baby bats in care...
There is a new baby upstairs in the incubator. He just came in this morning.

Bear won't fit in the washing machine. I will have to reopen his spinal surgery and pull out his innards and put them in a pillow and sew it up, then put velcro on his spine so the stuffing can be taken out so he can fit in the machine. I'm thinking about going to a laundromat and use a big machine.

I also did an ear reattachment, a goitre repair, and various other plastic surgery tweaks to get his innards to remain inside and for him to be a benign loving teddy grandfather to the batties

They both seemed so enchanted with that bear if they didn't do bat rescue I suspect they would have huge doll/stuffed animal collections hidden in their back rooms.

That teddy is so lucky to cuddle with the baby bats!
The baby bats are comforting Fozzzie the Teddy who recently underwent a facelift, a hernia repair, a bit of butt surgery and I think some spinal surgery. Oh, and a thyroidectomy. He came to me with bits of his innards becoming outards, and the babies comforted him, so he stayed for the season.
You made me laugh with memories of that song from my childhood. That is a precious parcel of babies.
