  • All the little things take time in a restoration and we are continuing to make progress with fixing some of the basics and getting the mouse houses out of the car. We also take a look at the carpet kit to ensure it's a match and eye up the headliner as will be another big project. Body work is also on the horizon....

Just come across your video, you are definitely bringing me back to the late 80s to early 90s with my 71 Cutlass S. He was a $500 purchase that everyone seemed to be against cause he looked like hell, but ran real good anyway. Faded white with black vinyl roof, black interior, automatic, a boulevard cruiser at one time. Countless hours and wracked knuckles and tool collection later, a neighbor and small son couple doors down told me admiration of bringing the car to life, his 10 year old saying the car looked and sounded "tough". Good memories, sir. Do you have drum brakes at all 4 corners, as I did ? Every other weekend adjusting them brakes to keep max brake feel and stopping power. I guess I will binge your uploads to see your progress.
