Hello there! 😃 Quick questions! What kind of watercolor is best for this type of painting, a non staining, low staining, or staining? I supposed high staining is not a good option.... or it doesn't matter? I honestly don't know. Also, is it better to use non granulating colors, or that doesn't matter either? Problem with adding black to yellow is it turns it green, not dark yellow.
It can definitely depend on the ratio of colors and the original hue of yellow, but green is definitely one way it can be pulled.
