Hallo Wart, Dank je wel! Het was ook m'n bedoeling om 'm zoveel mogelijk een "factory look" te geven. Heeft heel wat moeite gekost, maar ik ben ook heel blij met het resultaat. En hij rijdt gelukig ook nog 's erg goed. Binnenkort gaat íe weer uit de winterstalling! :-)
I just sold my Vfr, but you can check my fb if you want. You can do exactly the same. It's not really difficult to build, but it will take a lot of time..
@@arjenouwerkerk9096 Yea I'll re-route it to the front for sure, might be a bit of a squeeze but should be able to do it. Might have to move the oil cooler as well. The CBR tail on your bike really makes it look modern. Was the CBR tail a "bolt-on"-isch or did tou have to weld a bit?
I'm not sure, but i think it's about 15-20 kg. less heavy now. The rear/tail is from a cbr1000rr sc59. You can check my fb for more information if you want.
Hallo arjen, onwijs mooi gedaan! Ik ben zelf ook bezig met het ombouwen van mijn rc36! Hoe heb jij de olie koeler weggewerkt die normaal voor de voorpoten zit? En waar heb je de voorste bobines gelaten?
Julian, bedankt voor het compliment! Ik heb (na veel navragen/ uitzoeken) besloten om de oliekoeler er tussenuit te halen en de leiding op het blok door te lussen. Omdat we hier nooit bloedheet weer hebben en het blok z'n warmte zonder de kuip beter kwijt kan schijnt dat geen probleem te zijn. Ik heb er ongeveer een jaar mee gereden en niets gemerkt. Ondertussen is mijn vfr verkocht en ben ik aan een Bandit 1200 begonnen. Kijk anders op mijn fb pagina en stuur een vriendschapsverzoek.
Oh, de voorste bobine heb ik onder de voorzijde van de tank gemonteerd, 2 beugels gemaakt. De achterste 2 heb ik met een beugel op de bovenste montageplaat van de schokbreker kunnen monteren. Het is wat passen en meten..

Thanx! I wanted a "original Honda" look, and like you said, not a Aliexpress bike. But it was a lot of work and it cost me also lots of money to get it finished. I'm thinking of selling it. Right now i have started a new build: Suzuki Bandit 1200. Your Dutch is (almost) perfect! ;-)
@@arjenouwerkerk9096 Ik woon in Nederland for fem jarr, ik had nederlandse les. But then I moved to Norway had Norwegian classes and for got it all. How much you selling it for?
@@pm3577 If i sell it, i will ask 3750 euro for it. It has cost me a lot more than that.. I have all the documentation and very much pictures of the rebuild and it was not a damaged bike. The list of things i have bought /new parts is very long...
@@arjenouwerkerk9096 having this video increases the value as it’s proof it’s a job well done and not just another crashed race replica “fighter’d up”. Transport and import costs makes it not worth it for me.

Exactly as I'd like to make one, I've been thinking about a sf based on the 750 platform for a while.

Thanx! The Vfr800 has 2 radiators sideways? That's a littlebit more difficult to make it look clean, but i think it can be done. Good luck!
