Such a fun week! I've decided I'll be replacing the leaky Fluid Torque drivetrain with a Mopar 727 automatic, just waiting on an adapter plate. I'll be sticking with Kevin's advice to have as many modern and easily replaceable components on the car. In the meantime I've lowered the car two inches, and I'll be ordering some hub adapters for some sweet wheels I think you guys will like. Thanks to everyone who has stuck with this build! Kevin- I'll see you soon buddy!

It’s in many Chrysler manuals at the time that it was primarily used as form of radio noise reduction reducing emf interference. It’s a steel bounded copper insulated line used as a faraday cage. You can still Hotwire a 30s-50s Chrysler in about 30 secs if you know what to do.

Fun fact as someone who’s work on a fair amount of 1930s-1960s Mopar’s, that steel cable went directly to a firewall mounted coil. It was wrapped liked that as an early form of radio noise reduction from the emf created on a positive ground ign coil.

It is so awesome to see this crew of guys all get together and make the impossible possible.
The drive down the road with all of you grouped in the car and everybody smiling is a priceless moment of true friendship.

My favorite thing about the two Imperial videos is the way the stylization of each channel is shown.
    Donut media:
10 - 20 minutes tops, a lot of quick facts that have been researched or figured out but edited together for times sake, and to keep the video interesting. Additional charm from the guys at donut cracking jokes and being awesome in general.
    Junkyard digs:
30 - 90 minutes, shows the whole process of discovery, figuring out what exactly is wrong and shows in some depth how to go about getting stuff running again. Additional charm from the laid back atmosphere and jokes from the junkyard.
Two varying styles, but both awesome and informative in their own right. It was awesome seeing Donut in a Junkyard format, because we get to see Nolan and the gang in a way we don't usually see them.

After watching the video of you Driving that Town and country back to Iowa you really willingly put yourself through the Gauntlet from the moment you arrived in that box.

Edit: oof, you telling Nolan it's gonna be expensive and he's gonna have to buy alot of oil was some crazy foreshadowing

So this is why the donut video was so short. This is exactly the video I was hoping for. More in depth and longer...wait... That last bit didn't sound right.

Woah I just watched a 48 minute video without skipping any of it… when I clicked on it I thought it was maybe 18 minutes and never once checked the time. Well done 👏👏👏

I love videos like this as I learn things and in turn pass that knowledge down to my kids, sons and daughters... there is a plethora of knowledge being transferred. Thank you
