He is definitely right about sacking wenger and hiring ancelotti, Wenger should have been gone 4-5 seasons ago. I disagree about the players though, i think the players are underperforming because of the manager's inability to find the right balance/tactic for the team.
Look at the players at Arsenal, ozil is highly praised by RM's players and a starter in a star-studded germany squad, ramsey was the main man alongside bale with Wales, mustafi a world cup winner, cech was probably the best keeper Chelsea had, Xhaka is youngest captain for his country and a bright prospect, Bellerin was a target for Barcelona, the team have enough talents and resources to at least challenge for the league title, but they have failed to do so in the past decade. Wenger simply can't get the best out of his players, his stubborn approach is holding the club back. There is no balance in the team, no leadership, no unity and no ambition, which is why most players including our legend Henry left us.

Mourinho just won Chelsea the title and then he had a bad 4 month period still he got the sack, Claudio Ranieri did the unthinkable miracle of winning the EPL with Leicester who should have had a statue of him in the stadium tbh, but the next season with a string of bad performances got the sack, in City both Mancini and Pellegrini both won the EPL and had very strong teams constantly competing for honors both got sacked not by bad performances but not winning the EPL ever year...Arsene Wenger last won EPL in 2004 thats 14 years ago, he did very well with a limited budget for a long time but with this size of a club you the performances in the last 6 years or so been terrible to say the least. Arsenal is as predictable as a Kim Kardashian outfit, its been stale for so long you cant help but to see the negative feeling with the club we need a fresh outlook top to bottom to reform this once great club. Arsene thanks a lot for your service and you will always be remembered in our history but think about the club and leave with dignity please!!

I think the problem for Arsenal is far beyond than just Wenger now, maybe a few years ago it was but not anymore. When the players have their problems and can’t win, the manager needs to solve the players problems, but if the manager cannot solve the problems, this will turn into be a manager’s problem. Then the hierarchy needs to solve the manager’s problem, when the hierarchy cannot solve the manager’s problem. This will turn into be the hierarchy’s problem so the owner of the team needs to solve the hierarchy’s problem. It’s very obvious the problem that Arsenal is facing right now is from the owner. The owner is the biggest problem. The owner did nothing and hierarchy did nothing as well. It seems like nobody cares. I don’t see anything going to change unless Arsenal has a new ownership.
