Hey Adam, great video! I think I remember you mentioning you used Follow Up Boss before, and I was curious if Lofty works similarly. Once someone is off your main dashboard, does it still remind you to call them without having to set a task for the next follow-up?
Yes in Lofty these would be "segments" we set up with custom filters based on last touch. For example last touch was 90 days ago then they would show up in this segment automatically. Once you contact that lead they will leave the segment automatically.
@@adamgillespie_ai Hey there Adam, I am also migrating from Follow Up Boss, one thing I don't like about Lofty is how bland their interface is, I hate staring at white screens all day, but as I am watching your video and following along I don't seem to have the same dark segment column that appears for you when you click on "People", has there been a new update that removed that? 🤔
@@franciscamartinez7245 yes Lofty had recently updated the UI and the dark menu on the left is gone for most parts. We still get in in the setting area but that about it. Lofty is making some big changes right now and its going to get better once its all rolled out.
