Hey I have a question I am 16 and I am starting a fitness business do you have to an LLC or do any such thing to make it an official business? Would love to stay in contact.

For each state there are different regulations and laws, but generally an LLC is required unless you’re working with an already established company (eBay/some affiliate sites/ other selling sites). An llc or business structure is required for most businesses. If you’re selling a fitness course or info product you should probably get a legal business structure because it is required for most business functions (business bank account, tax id, etc.). Remember I’m just a 15 year old kid lol, not professional financial or business advice so make sure to do some research and seek out experts.
