Literally all points apply to me. Wow. I was really unsure about my first ever boyfriend. He confessed first and i felt nothing about it. We still kissed, i hated how the kissing felt but said nothing. We never had anything in common, i hated his political stance and his sense of humour and the way he treated his mother. After 2 months of dating i told him i couldn't do it and we should stay friends. After a few weeks i found out he was actually 26 and not 19 like i though he was bc it said so on his dating profile. I freaked out and never spoke to him again. Still after i left i felt like i've made a mistake. He just reminded me so much of my father. He's strong and kinda violent like him, but also a big softie on the inside. He works hard and enjoys simple things, like working out and cycling. And my mum said my dad had many flaws but he changed for her because he loved her. And you know, being loved feels great i've come to realise. But loving someone and being loved by them at the same time is even greater. Thanks for such a great video. It's great to feel my uncertainty being dispelled.

Oh no, I'm in the same situation. This guy and I don't have much in common, but we always talk online. I feel like I'm being a clown right now 🤡 Lmao. This video is so eye-opening. Edit (2 months after I originally left the comment above): I don't converse with that dude anymore. Honestly a shame that we lost contact but feels liberating since all he did after I rejected him was talk about his new crush for hours. That's cool with me but if all our convos are centered on that topic only, it is really boring 😴 Edit (3 months later, even if no one asked for an update): Okay, clown moment, but he would hit me up sometimes and he would talk about his problems, more specifically his current relationship problem with another girl. I don't really mind listening but I'm so tired of being used. I don't feel comfy sharing anything with him anymore, so when we do talk, it's a one-sided convo of him just ranting while I listen. Anyway, from this experience, I now know my worth and shouldn't waste my time with guys who don't even value who I am. I should also practice putting healthy boundaries with people around me since I really like feeling needed by people and I tend to offer more than I could give.

This is such a good video... It goes both ways as well. if someone likes you then they're curious about you and want to get to know you. If they don't, they don't really like you or care about you. They like the attention and validation you're giving them or they just don't like being alone or they just like getting something from you
