I live in Scotland so these are easy for us to get. I like the eye shadow palettes as they give variety on a budget. If you use a primer they last pretty well for me. I have both the Iconic Matte palettes as I prefer matte shadows. For twelve shades they are four pounds (around six dollars) so really affordable. I pair them up with my more expensive shadows with no problems and they allow me to try different colours before spending too much. Although the stand in Superdrug is usually knee deep in teenagers, they are worth a try even for forty plus as I am. Also brands like Lorac are difficult to get in the UK so dupes are a bonus, to at least try some of the looks you see in tutorials. I tend to spend on skincare and foundation, so some of my colour products are often more affordable. I also believe many of their products are worth a try. Really good video showing so many different palettes so many thanks. Best wishes.

You' ve missed THE BEST of MR, their Chocolate palettes and highlighting palettes esp the Radiance palette!!! They are better than awesome and the smell of the Chocolate palettes is spellbinding!!! 😊

+emilynoel83 Make Up Revolution as a brand has two sub-brands that do even more palettes, most of them dupes. Freedom is one and the other is I Heart Make Up. I Heart Make Up dupes the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palettes, but also the Too Faced Sweet Heart blushes and they have a great baked highlight called The Goddess (or something along those lines) that people are raving about. Another brand that is in a similar price range that does tons of dupes of higher end make up is W7. They do Naked dupes, as well as a dupe of the Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow as well as a good banana powder.
You are just so awesome! I love that you do reviews on lower cost items as well as the higher end stuff. It's hard to find reviews on low priced makeup!
Woah! the naked 1 dupe looks amazingly pigmented. the naked 2 dupe also looks very pigmented, but thankfully less chunkier shimmers, as is the same for the naked 3 dupe!

Bought all three concealer palettes. Hated them for my beauty MUA kit but loved them for my SFX MUA kit. They worked great as sheer/natural cream paints. Awesome for making people look dirty and grungy and saving some money on individual colors from Ben Nye etc.

I loooove the Makeup Revolution palettes, but my only gripe is the packaging. I actually ended up spray painting and embellishing mine since it took ages to find the one I was looking for, haha! Like the mermaid palette has shiny blue/green spray paint on the front with those little fake craft gems on it. Saves me a lot of time :P
It worked really well! Except the spray paint/gems started chipping off after a while, so if you do it I'd definitely recommend some sort of top coat and use super glue for the gems, haha.

Almost every other (if not EVERY OTHER) youtuber I watch has recommended and raved about certain products, then a month later say that they don't like it and it's not worth the money to buy. It's becoming such a major pet peeve and annoyance to me. It's literally driving me crazy! It's just so obnoxious in my opinion for people to have certain items in their "favorites" videos multiple times, then a month or two later have it in a "products I regret buying" video. Ugh! (Sorry for the rant!) Emily I really really appreciate all the effort you put into your reviews and how honest you are. I think you're amazing and I really do appreciate you taking time to form an opinion before recommending things to us. You're so down to Earth and real. And I just love you! :)

Emily, you are my favorite and my go to before I purchase most anything makeup related. I am obsessed with Makeup Revolution right now so thank you so much for making this review. You are correct when you say everyone's preference will vary because some of the pallets that are in your bottom, I just love. I found what they call the Aqua Seal Liquid Eye shadow primer at ULTA. I don't recommend it as a full on primer, I still use a regular primer, but this placed on the eyelid before you apply the shadow, locks in the shadow while intensifying the color. It helps to even out the misses in the hit and miss eye shadows. I find most all brands have these hits and misses, even Urban Decay. Thank you again for all of your work and reviews. Just love watching you.
Yay I love makeup revolution! Thank you so much for this video :) This helps me with my next order. One of my favorite products that I own from the brand are ultra blush palette in golden sugar, from the I heart makeup line: I heart chocolate palette, Goddess of love triple baked highlighter and blushing hearts triple baked blusher. I also use almost every day my Ultra brow arch & shape brow product :)

I've been trying to decide between the two good blush palettes for a while. I'm also a big fan of the Girls on Film eyeshadow palette as there are so many gorgeous bronzes in it
I've noticed something weird, i also have the New-Trals vs. Neutrals palette, but in mine, only 1st and 3rd shadows in the top row are shimmers, the rest is matte and you have 5 or 6 shimmers in there, they must chave changed something

Revolution also do an eyeshadow range called I Love Chocolate and they come in super cute packaging and a few are almost exact dupes of Too Faced chocolate eyeshadow palettes

Try the Flawless Matte palettes. They might change your mind in terms of the 32 color palettes. I agree though that putting so many light/mid tones in them is unnecessary.
I tried Makeup Revolution on a whim in November and my husband is now wondering if I've become addicted. I have all of their small eye shadow palettes. I just got my hands on the Iconic Pro line and I am not crazy about them either. The Iconic 1, 2 & 3 palettes are not only better dupes but their quality is much greater. I was not impressed with their large palettes either. I only have 2 of their face palettes, the Hot Spice blush palette and the All About Bronzed palette. I haven't used anything else since picking up those two. I end up using just two colors out of the bronze palette but they are perfect for my skin tone and worth the $10 just for those two colors. I'll have to try the contour and goddess palettes. Thanks for the awesome video! I love this line and I'm glad it's getting some recognition. My next hope is that Ulta starts carrying the Chocolate palette dupes!

Kathleenlights did a comprehensive video a while ago (maybe a year?) and I followed her recommendations and bout a few brushes and I love what I got. I actually just placed a second order. I would love it if Emily did a similar video with best Morphe brushes for each category. They are so affordable.
If you get morphe brushes I recommend only purchasing from the 'elite' collections, or the more expensive ones. I ordered a lot from other lines and they are horrible quality! The youtubers only rave about the expensive ones. I honestly think real techniques, elf, and wet and wild have better brushes for cheap
Gina Sponzilli I mostly bought from the more expensive collections but decided it was more cost effective for me to choose the specific brushes I wanted. I actually am mixed on Real Techniques. Some brushes are great, but when I've bought doubles, each time I noticed that they are inconsistent. So one of my buffing brushes is great (for BB creams and tinted moisturizers), the other is less dense. One of my contour brushes is less dense than the other. The blush brush is too big/fluffy for my preferences. I also don't like their eye brushes. The morphe brushes I bought have all been great (however, I do not have any doubles, so I can't compare whether the quality is consistent).

I really like the way you explain the texture , color , application and pigmentation of pallets.
Bought all three concealer palettes. Hated them for my beauty MUA kit but loved them for my SFX MUA kit. They worked great as sheer/natural cream paints. Awesome for making people look dirty and grungy and saving some money on individual colors from Ben Nye etc.

I loooove the Makeup Revolution palettes, but my only gripe is the packaging. I actually ended up spray painting and embellishing mine since it took ages to find the one I was looking for, haha! Like the mermaid palette has shiny blue/green spray paint on the front with those little fake craft gems on it. Saves me a lot of time :P

It worked really well! Except the spray paint/gems started chipping off after a while, so if you do it I'd definitely recommend some sort of top coat and use super glue for the gems, haha.

Almost every other (if not EVERY OTHER) youtuber I watch has recommended and raved about certain products, then a month later say that they don't like it and it's not worth the money to buy. It's becoming such a major pet peeve and annoyance to me. It's literally driving me crazy! It's just so obnoxious in my opinion for people to have certain items in their "favorites" videos multiple times, then a month or two later have it in a "products I regret buying" video. Ugh! (Sorry for the rant!) Emily I really really appreciate all the effort you put into your reviews and how honest you are. I think you're amazing and I really do appreciate you taking time to form an opinion before recommending things to us. You're so down to Earth and real. And I just love you! :)

Emily, you are my favorite and my go to before I purchase most anything makeup related. I am obsessed with Makeup Revolution right now so thank you so much for making this review. You are correct when you say everyone's preference will vary because some of the pallets that are in your bottom, I just love. I found what they call the Aqua Seal Liquid Eye shadow primer at ULTA. I don't recommend it as a full on primer, I still use a regular primer, but this placed on the eyelid before you apply the shadow, locks in the shadow while intensifying the color. It helps to even out the misses in the hit and miss eye shadows. I find most all brands have these hits and misses, even Urban Decay. Thank you again for all of your work and reviews. Yay I love makeup revolution! Thank you so much for this video :) This helps me with my next order. One of my favorite products that I own from the brand are ultra blush palette in golden sugar, from the I heart makeup line: I heart chocolate palette, Goddess of love triple baked highlighter and blushing hearts triple baked blusher. I also use almost every day my Ultra brow arch & shape brow product :)

I've been trying to decide between the two good blush palettes for a while. I'm also a big fan of the Girls on Film eyeshadow palette as there are so many gorgeous bronzes in it
I've noticed something weird, i also have the New-Trals vs. Neutrals palette, but in mine, only 1st and 3rd shadows in the top row are shimmers, the rest is matte and you have 5 or 6 shimmers in there, they must chave changed something
you also didn't mention that this palette and the iconic pros have a double ended brush, not that weird sponge like some others:D
I just watched and thought something seemed strange about that palette, whenever I see it in superdrug (UK) they are mostly matte. Strange!

Revolution also do an eyeshadow range called I Love Chocolate and they come in super cute packaging and a few are almost exact dupes of Too Faced chocolate eyeshadow palettes

I did try one of the eye shadow palettes, which did nor swatch well for me😰 I'm interested in trying the neutrals palette the one similar to the peach palette😜 love your reviews, very helpful😜💞
Try the Flawless Matte palettes. They might change your mind in terms of the 32 color palettes. I agree though that putting so many light/mid tones in them is unnecessary.

I tried Makeup Revolution on a whim in November and my husband is now wondering if I've become addicted. I have all of their small eye shadow palettes. I just got my hands on the Iconic Pro line and I am not crazy about them either. The Iconic 1, 2 & 3 palettes are not only better dupes but their quality is much greater. I was not impressed with their large palettes either.
I only have 2 of their face palettes, the Hot Spice blush palette and the All About Bronzed palette. I haven't used anything else since picking up those two. I end up using just two colors out of the bronze palette but they are perfect for my skin tone and worth the $10 just for those two colors. I'll have to try the contour and goddess palettes.

Kathleenlights did a comprehensive video a while ago (maybe a year?) and I followed her recommendations and bout a few brushes and I love what I got. I actually just placed a second order. I would love it if Emily did a similar video with best Morphe brushes for each category. They are so affordable.
If you get morphe brushes I recommend only purchasing from the 'elite' collections, or the more expensive ones. I ordered a lot from other lines and they are horrible quality! The youtubers only rave about the expensive ones. I honestly think real techniques, elf, and wet and wild have better brushes for cheap
Gina Sponzilli I mostly bought from the more expensive collections but decided it was more cost effective for me to choose the specific brushes I wanted. I actually am mixed on Real Techniques. Some brushes are great, but when I've bought doubles, each time I noticed that they are inconsistent. So one of my buffing brushes is great (for BB creams and tinted moisturizers), the other is less dense. One of my contour brushes is less dense than the other. The blush brush is too big/fluffy for my preferences. I also don't like their eye brushes. The morphe brushes I bought have all been great (however, I do not have any doubles, so I can't compare whether the quality is consistent).
