😂🥰Thank you so much! Honestly it’s been the hardest to edit because we have to take so many meal breaks. Thanks a million for watching and for the kind comment! One more Mexico City video and we show a bunch of international foods!
The were so freaking good! The flautist in CDMX are one of the things we look forward to the most when we plan a trip there. Thanks so much for watching an commenting. Tons more delicious Mexican food to share!
I love how you enjoy mexican food and new things! A little tip. The eskimos are sold usually in the morning and evenings, so that guy must have been there since 6 or 7 am, and maybe that's why they are hard to find at certain hours of the day.
Thanks! Yeah that’s what we thought because our last trip we went at the same time. We waited patiently for him to wake up😂. Mexico City is our favorite city in Mexico but on this trip we visited some cool places, Monterrey, Guadalajara, San Miguel De Allende and Oaxaca!
You’re gonna love it! Mexico City is a place we visit often, it’s our home away from home. The people l, the sights, the food are just the best! Thanks for watching and commenting, it means the world to us!
Thanks so much🤙! Honestly comments like this mean the world to us. Mexico is our all time favorite food country. This week we are posting some unique international foods from Mexico City then headed to 5 more awesome Mexico cities to share the food! Plenty more spicy food to come! Thanks again!
I have been watching several of their videos and they are great, one of the best about Mexican food because they try everything and especially the street food, which is the tastiest. 😅.
I don’t think so! Does it have alcohol in it? We have heard of it and tried a few different old school drinks while we were in Oaxaca, but don’t think it was rompope. Where can we find it in CDMX?
Thank you so much! It’s mind blowing just how much street food options there are in Mexico, so many more things we wanted to try. We will get to work right away😂. Thank you for watching and commenting, it means a ton❤️
Thank you so much! We have a Guadalajara video coming up soon! We visited Monterey, Sayulita, San Miguel De Allende and Oaxaca! Guadalajara might have been our favorite😍
Wow, i loved this one. I might finally make to Mexico for my first time this year, only have a week, so gonna go to DF and walk it like you buying every street food and (probably) unlike you butcher Spanish all day long :) thanks for the inspiration.
lol we only know the names of foods, the words in between we just make up. All you need is a finger to point and uno dos tres! Mexico City is our favorite city for food! You can just set out in a walk and you’re bound to run into something delicious!
Thanks for watching and commenting! We LOVED making this video and could make it a thousand times with all different food in Mexico City. Next up is Oaxaca!
Thanks so much! Thank you for watching commenting and subscribing! It means so much to a small channel like ours we are super thankful. So much more delicious Mexican food to share before we head to Japan, stay th Ed!
lol thanks! Somebody called us honorary Mexicans and it was the best compliment😂. We are in Japan now but are having a hard time finding food spicy enough.
We’ve seen this before but weren’t sure how to order it! We will be sure to seek it out the next time we visit Mexico! Thanks for watching and commenting!
How much was the meat stick? We're also looking to check out a bar/party central area, would you recommend Zona Rosa as the place to be? We're in Roma currently.
Zona Rosa has a huge strip of bars lining the streets serving all kinds of drinks! It’s like the longest strip of bars with music in the city that we have experienced! Such a fun vibe! That meat stick was 100 pesos or about $5.50 and it was way bigger than the camera made it seem! Never seen anything like that before😂
Thank you so much, we are from San Diego too! We are headed to Japan after Mexico but promise if we ever catch up to ad some SD food videos too! Thanks for the comment❤️🇲🇽🤙
I’m so envious that you can eat all this food on the streets with no tummy issues. Any advice for someone who is sensitive to rich Mexican food but loves it very much? R there public restrooms all around ?
We might just be the lucky ones but we never really have any issues when we are there. We kinda grew up eating a lot of Mexican food so we might just be used to it. We also eat very spicy food and are convinced somehow that helps us😂. We do pack tums and always have TP in a backpack regardless of what country we are in. Mexico you can usually find a public restroom in parks and markets. We always have small change, bathrooms are 5-10 pesos usually and in pretty good shape. But finding restrooms all over the world is one of our main struggles of traveling😭. Wish we had a better answer but sometimes you just need to get lucky.
I think you just have to get use to it. Start adding a bit of spice to your foods and I’m Mexican and grew up on homade Mexicans food as well as Mexicans snacks for my neighborhood, even I had issue when I first went to Mexico and had the food there. It’s just different but taste so good.
@@HeresGoodTravel We are hittin the road next year, just like you guys! Maybe you'll catch us on TH-cam someday! LOL Love to meet up sometime! Happy New Year!
Thanks so much! Welcome to the adventure! Maybe we can do a Phoenix cheap eats video one of these days, we have a ton of friends who live there. After some more Mexico videos we are off to Japan! Thanks for following along, it means the world to us!

🤯Yesssssss!!!! Had no idea! We will add this to our list for the future for sure. Thanks for this. We have Oaxaca and Sayulita still to come but then we head off to Japan. We are planning a couple Tijuana videos this summer and next time we visit CDMX we will find this sandwich for you!
I live in Southern California, and there is a guy who comes by most days selling the boiled elote with the powder. I cut the corn off and eat it like the Cabo one though. I get everything but mayo. I used to not get the cheese because it was too pungent, but either he started using something milder or I got used to it. Sometimes I will add avocado, sour cream, or a mild salsa, but it comes spicy enough.
Avocado is such a great idea to have in there! We have a few elote/esquite vendors around San Diego but it’s just not the same! Luckily we have TJ in our backyard
@@HeresGoodTravel you’ll have to give some recommendations around San Diego. I often spend the night there in preparation for (or on the way back from) my Mexican trips. It’s definitely harder to find the authentic cheap stuff in central San Diego. Maybe closer to CBX. Some of those areas already feel like Mexico.
They call the chamoyadas mangonadas where I live. They’re very common at frescos stands and Michoacana ice cream places. (They are even better with ice cream btw.)
Yesssss!!! We will seek these out next time we are in the barrio or visiting Mexico, never had it with ice cream but that’s a no brainer! Thanks for the delicious reccomendations, we will keep our eyes peeled!💯🤙
@@HeresGoodTravel if you can’t get it with actual ice cream, some street vendors have some kind of condensed milk they can add. I usually can just go home and add cream, but not everyone has them in their neighborhood like I do.

Amazing! With enough spicy salsa we can eat healthy food😂. This taco you just described sounds incredible! We are in Japan but when we are back in San Diego after this trip we will hit the Mexican Market and pick up the ingredients!
More often than not I would say yes. It’s hard because the banks only give you large bills. We tend to get change at Oxxo’s or 7/11. But those places take card and we like to pay card whenever possible. People do tend to be helpful but the smaller the bills the better.
For sure but they don’t make them like that! We can get big chicharrons like this at a local Mexican market but they just aren’t quite as good. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
I actually like the meaty part a lot more than the rest of the chicharron. They give them to you when they’re still soft if you ever get Colombian food.
We worked and saved up some money so that we could visit for almost a month! Mexico is the best and we will always promote it! Thanks a million for watching and commenting!
Im not from mexico city, but you guys hit really good spots. I saw your monterrey video too and you missed real carne asada (like bbq) the best in the country, the Volcanes made with that meat, OMFG! Last time i tried churros i was living In japan and they were DISGUSTING! lol
lol we did a taco tour video in Tokyo you have to watch it! They were…. Just ok😂. We did miss Carne Asada in Monterey. We’ve heard that that is actually the birthplace of American style barbecue and that is so cool! We are going to go back there too to try Cabrito which we also missed. There’s just so much good food in Mexico it’s ridiculous thank you. Hopefully you found some good spots to try when you go to Mexico City!

Wow, what a great courage to eat flautas outside Balderas Metro Station, as a general rule I never eat street food that are outside any subway station, instead I recommend eat at any local markets, there are many and sell almos the same you find on streets. You can pronounce MARQUESITA like market without the last t, and sita like city but with and “a“ at last market cita, now just remove the t.
Thanks for the help with the pronunciation. We’re seeing those dance pop-up more and more frequently so it’s good to not sound so dumb it.😂 we actually need to spend more time at the markets in Mexico City.
