I love this, knowing Sans’ meta knowledge and how he can screw around with it for good jokes, keeping others safe and to piss off genociders, it would make sense for him to catch onto our IOU usage.
Does he have any alternative dialogue on Ruthless and Evacuation?

You can't get the IOU in those routes - you get it from inside Koffin Keep, which you can't enter in either route due to being too scary for Count Koffin K, apparently.
