Carmen, Only if anxiety affects your internal health talk to your physician. Heal yourself. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Best part is mood swings also reduce. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Recently I’ve been having so many negative thoughts/overthinking and I don’t even feel like myself, I feel out of body. It sucks because I can be having a great time and then they come out of nowhere and I become distant from everyone because I start to second guess every single thing I do. I’ve never been like this and sometimes it makes me feel like I’m going insane because they literally don’t leave my mind. It’s been going on for almost a month, it’s gotten so bad I literally pray at night that whatever is causing me to feel like this stops.

There are many different strategies like mindful meditation techniques, and grounding techniques to get yourself back into feeling like you’re in control of yourself again. You are in control and I’ve suffered with anxiety, bipolar, and panic disorder for many years now. Yes I take medicine, if it’s the thoughts that control the emotion that perpetuates the action. The action is the panic attack. Breathing exercising while sitting down and focusing your thoughts on positive things like just any positive moments in your life you can reminisce on. Your favorite day with your favorite person. Write down 3 things that you like about yourself. You aren’t alone trust me, reach out and don’t isolate yourself away. I’ve been doing that and being avoidant. I let my anxiety take over and I ignore people that want to spend time with me. It hurts a lot and it’s me doing it. I feel so guilty. Regardless, I want you to know it really does get better, but you need to remember that YOU are in control of yourself. You control your emotions and you can master your emotions by controlling the overwhelming negative thoughts from the get go.

3 weeks ago, when getting my driver's licence test, I am perfect when getting trials, like soo good that the trainers told me you will just pass. But when the time came. I can feel like something kicking in me. I could hear my heart beat and I felt like my heart break my rib cage. And also I had a feeling that I will fail. One second i stood shocked in the test ground. And somebody said, you have to start! I suddenly woke up from something and I started my test. Eventually I failed so badly like a bad newbie. But. When I tried to recall which part is gone wrong. Boom! No memory. I only remember that guy said you have to start . Then I started and. Blank. No memory in my head after that. Even to this day. Then I realised I have been hit by an anxiety shock. Tomorrow iam going to take a 2nd test. And iam feared already. So I came to watch this video 🙂

Tonya, Good. Never watch symptoms of any sickness because it creates a sickness mind. For more healing enter the following on google search and listen before sleep repeating the affirmations for 5-10 minutes in your mind. -“528 Hz affirmations for health and healing you tube”. You will get relief quickly. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

My anxiety is so bad i cant function. I can’t even work. The anxiety has made me physically sick. The stress and anxiety start the constant negative thoughts that just don’t let up. U have more control over your thinking then u think. It takes a lot of practice.

Start tapping into the Eckhart Tolle. I highly recommend his power of now book, but his TH-cam clips will also be helpful. This will make you have a better understanding of your consiousness and thoughts in general. Most people today are getting used by their mind, instead of you using your mind. Big difference. Helped my friend take control over his life again and made him love life!

So I am in this local college where no one really studies and I don't know but somehow this thought keeps coming in my mind that no matter how much i study i will not succeed and keep comparing myself with other students. I feel like my life is ruined after the admission but i do know it's nothing like that, i know that if i study diligently and work hard then I will be just fine with studies but these thoughts are keep coming. Whenever i do something important, i think how no one is doing it which infact is not true because how the hell will i know right but the little instances had got me thinking that me studying will make no good but i do know it's nothing like that.. like i know everything but my mind keeps making me otherwise. Because of this inner struggle, my mind is in constant stress, confusion, regret, anger litterally anything but at peace... In order to concentrate and focus on studies, i need to stop these thoughts which have constantly occupied my mind that i am kind of convinced that may be they will always be there. My semester exams are in 14 days. I had worked hard in the beginning of the semester and if i don't work hard now then what is the damn use.... I have got some dreams which i need to fulfill but these thoughts damn it.... like one can fight with other but how can one fight with their own mind... ughhhh...... it's like i am stuck in a narrow hole where my life is limited.

Hi I'm having physical symptoms of anxiety
    Chest pain
Tingling sensations in feet and hands
My Dr advised me to get a vit test and I'm deficient in vit d ... Since I am taking the vit supplements my tingling has vanished and my chest pain has reduced drastically..... I was so happy
But since few days I'm shortness of breath and lump in the throat sensation....
Luckily my chest pain and tingling is reducing everyday...
Should I take meds? Will there be a relapse of the symptoms, especially physical symptoms if I stop the meds after feeling better? These two fears are scaring me and preventing me to go to the psychatrist and take meds...
Also I take counselling since 2 years as I had problems at school and at home... I recovered nicely but idk what has happened to me since 2 months

I worked before with people that I did not like, anyways. I've seen different problems and I've been involved working with people. And this person had told me about that he was getting problems with a girl. First of all this girl bullied him then making fun of him and but firstly she used him and then she hurt him emotionally. But now we know that she is attracted to him , but in destructive ways.
Because a normal person who don't want to have problems with nobody do this :
First of all don't generate any type of wars and destructive feelings or actions then wants to live in harmony and peace with everybody , starting by Not creating problems and apologizing himself or herself and preventing the problem .

I started having several anxiety problems from 16th october 2022. After a few times i kind of learned to handle it a little better but recently it feels different, i don't feel like myself, nd these days whenever i watch murder or crime series/news i suddenly feel like what if i ever loose my self conscious and harm someone and i feel SOOOOO scared. I don't want to harm anyone at all. A friend of mine told me to see a psychiatrist and im gonna do that after a few days. Can anyone tell me if they've ever experienced anything like this or is there any advice?

At my school during lunch my coach from around 2nd grade told me to go to the office to get a reward for putting the balls away and my friend to so she went with me but at this time the bell rang and I was nervous my class was gone and to other people this seems like a small thing to stress about but to me I feel like this could go bad in many ways.we went to the office got our reward and came back outside to see our line gone and then I started to stress a lot but I wasn’t the only one there was a whole other class so I felt just a tiny bit better so I ran upstairs and to our class as the door closes and the teacher tells us to be in line on time even tho I was but the coach told me to go and her saying that made me stress in many ways cause I’m usually the one always done with my work on time and following the class but today was different and I had all these emotions but I just acted like I was cool with it and even when my teacher is really nice I feel like I could get deeply in trouble even tho I didn’t get the chance to explain myself and my friend😢 sorry if I wasted your time

Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. Let thoughts come. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath.
