What might be beneficial is having what studios normally have for cable management. Usually a metal diamond plated piece on the wall with cables hanging from it.

So essentially I just bought a $7k piece of plywood. Really bummed that some people can play music for 30+ years and not understand this concept. Just looking out for you and your investmets. There some clip you can use that snap in your suspension ceilling with a bolt on them , perfect for overhead or go pro in your case. For the wire routing I did 3d print my own that snap in , I did not find any comercial stuff.
