Hidden wall on the edge to prevent you falling off the map if you get shot? Might explain why you could get flung on the non-edge walls, but not the edge pieces?
I had an idea, maybe try to escape ‘realistically’ if you haven’t already, for example gaining points through fights and riots, escaping with some buddies, without any unrealistic escapes such as booking it through the door or setting the place ablaze.
Updated thought: like how you cant cross doors with the other glitches, i would expect that the game checks if there is someone in the door tile as a check for if the door should be closed/if you can pass through, and because the door is closed, you shouldnt be allowed on that tile, so it pushes you to the ‘closest’ tile using some sort of decision mechanism, most likely based of your position which has been moved to closer to the other side. Original half thought: Wouldn’t be surprised if the gate hitbox is skinnier than the perimeter wall hb so when you get hit like that you get pushed over half way across.
