Yes. Sweetened condensed milk is already sweet because of the sugar, therefore you don't need to add any sweeteners.

Yes, you are correct. Even though the title says only condensed milk, which is for sure NOT sweetened condensed milk.

4 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 1/4cup self rising flour
350 degrees for 30min

That recipe list is WRONG
She is actually using Sweetened condensed milk, if you use Condensed milk this recipe will not only not have any sweetness, it simply won't come out right
