Instinction is a prehistoric action-adventure game, with combat and exploration in multiple awe inspiring natural locations. Currently in Development by Hashbane Interactive.
Captured in Unreal Engine 4.26 without ray-tracing enabled. Planned release on PC, last and next gen consoles.

With the 20 year hole in my heart left by a certain dinosaur themed survival horror game series not continuing (the third one doesn't count), this brought back so many childhood memories without ever having been a part of it. I cannot wait for more info about this and I'm certain I'm going to own this game. I'm so f'ing glad I saw this in my recommended...

Yeah man, Dino Crisis is really underrated and needs some love but not like how RE did. We kind of got a semi-closure with Dino Stalker ( a Gun Con game) too vad it was also badly advertised.

I like how you’re using more obscure genera such a Suchomimus and Thalassodromeus. The latter in particular because it will be cool to have a pterosaur actually chasing you down on foot, rather than just flying overhead.

@@damien1781 we are all entitled to our own opinions, my man. I thought the first Turok on N64 was amazing.
I didn’t play too much of the other ones so I can’t really speak for the franchise as a whole.
Though I will acknowledge that it seems a common opinion that the franchise went downhill after maybe the second game.
Thought this was a feature film. The mosasaurus scene was stunning.

Dino's/animals should have an injured walking style that gets progressively worse. Even the ability to eventually bleed out over the course of 5-10 minutes if they're injured enough. Dismembering limbs would also be cool. Dino's should be as badass as in jurassic park in terms of strength and speed, with tons of hiding spots around the map.
it would be cool if pack hunters used pack tactics or the sabertooth stalked you, only to attack at opportune moments
First time hearing about this game and it looks pretty interesting so far. Looking forward to seeing more about it in the future.

omg I literally was just thinking yesterday about why the hell are there no open world dino games that can make you feel like you're in them as a hunter or really just an explorer. like I asked for blood pumping adrenaline and horror with a mix of awe and wonder and this game just might be it! thank you for showcasing😃

@@lecourtierduquartier3147 I mean yeah I love that game. actually the first Xbox game I had for Xbox but after years of playing it! it just kinda died down for me. I've tried playing on the official servers but I remember I would often have trouble building a simple base due to already built structures nearby. the lag was freaking horrible, but I also had bad Wi-Fi at the time so maybe it's a fixed a little. plus I never really had friends that were willing to game in there so I was usually solo which I remember being fun either way but then again the only thing that terrifies me that keeps my head spinning are the Soulless Troodons! all in all, miss my Xbox and good ole nostalgic ARK! I'll probably get it back after I finish my first tour in service! Have a great night Sir!
@@jrod1577 Trust me I miss those days when I was in highschool. that's all I've ever played when I got home on most nights! now I just play on the Oculus until I get my Xbox back at some point! Cherish your console is my best advice because it really is a stress reliever. Now ark is the opposite of that but it was fun as hell when you mention stuff like that! but what I meant by a dino game that I've described in the last comment was a game that I would be enthralled and overjoyed to play as a kid. and honestly, it's refreshing to see games like these being made. makes me feel like the first time I popped my turok disc on the Xbox for the first time😂🎮

Graphics does not make a game. It never has. The term "bullshit baffles brains" comes to mind. The underlying systems that makes the games work is of the utmost importance

The Lost World with a survival-horror twist + perhaps a bit of a Tomb Raider-esque treasure hunting element motivating the protagonist? STOP DRILLING, you struck oil! Why are we not greenlighting a whole franchise already?!

I had been looking forward to this trailer, and it did not disappoint! The tone and atmosphere are both fantastic, the narration is well-done, and the animals in the game are appropriately intimidating (love the Carnotaurus). I appreciate the effort being made to develop the game for last gen. consoles as well, and, even without ray-tracing, the environments are looking superb. To the developers at Hashbane, excellent work! I can't wait to see more...

The graphics look great. The history of “dinosaur hunting” gameplay isn’t great. You get either fun, arcade-y blastemups like Turok or else wonky garbage. Hopefully they can find the right gameplay to match the aesthetic.

Agreed, if all the dinosaurs attack the same, just charge at the player, then it will get lame fast. I would like to see a strong survival element to it and at least somewhat realistic gun play, it doesn't have to be Tarkov, but it shouldn't be Bayonetta.
Could just make it like Horizon zero dawn but not robotic dinos

I see without ray tracing enabled in the description. So the game will have ray tracing, hell yea that will help with the atmosphere greatly if implemented correctly!
There aren't many dinosaur games, and a lot of good ones are very old. I am really looking forward to this game! The graphics are stunning

I am really excited about this game! I would like to see a realistic living world where the contrast between herbivores and carnivores is nicely balanced! So far well done it looks absolutely gorgeos and can't wait to play this game.

I usually don't care for first-person in horror games, but in this instance, I think it works extremely well. I seriously wouldn't mind if Capcom brought back Dino Crisis in first-person and kept Resident Evil in third-person like with the RE2 Remake.
Seeing Dinosaurs in first-person just makes so much sense. They're already such intimidating creatures who we've never got to co-exist with, so viewing them up close and personal just really gives us a sense of their size in comparison to us which itself is such a scary thought.
BTW the game has a first and third person toggle...

It's so weird to see such inaccurate Dinosaurs in a Trailer including broken Wrists after seeing really accurate looking and sounding Dinosaurs in the other Videos.
You did a great Job with the new Models and I'm glad you've changed it. Scientifically accurate is always better than just having them look like that for no Reason
