I own the SAMSUNG Galaxy Note10 Plus and screen for text messages, where it shows a "Delivery Reports" on/off switch does not exist! There is however, the "Input Mode", the "Manage SIM Card Messages" and the "Message Center". Those are the only things I see, once you click onto the "Text Messages" from the "More Settings" menu.
