- Now that The Drowned has completed the McFarlane Dark Knights Metal Team, I'm taking a look at the whole group and ranking them!

I agree that Red Death is the worst of the set. My issues with it are 1) The fins on his shoulders are stupidly low in order to give his shoulders more poseability. 2) His shoulders are sculpted in a way that looks very disjointed from his upper torso. Each shoulder looks like a perfectly round ball connected to a socket. Compare him to Flash, where the shoulders look much more natural and organic. 3) You have to buy an extra Flash figure in order to get him.
Agreed, the figure doesn’t look or feel like it got as much attention as the rest of the characters in the team. I wouldn’t be collecting this line if that was par for the course.
Yea I ended up getting the gold version just because there is a gold one in the comics but I don’t wanna buy the 2 figure flash set
Love how you display your team by using different heights to give it a full landscape view
Thanks! I am always trying to come up with ways to give each figure a space to stand out. I try to think of each shelf layout like a movie poster or splash page from a comic.

Beautiful set! I love all the new McFarlane joints! I think the figs are getting better with every wave as well. I can't wait until we get some more obscure characters like John Constantine, the Teen Titans, Doom Patrol, etc.

@@theotherguy21 I've been just a relaxed collector since last year, & for some reason, I get better deals that way, nearly every McF MV I own were on sale, $13 for Unchained, $9 for GA WW, but a lot $16 like Devastator, TT Cyborg, Hellbat etc, mostly from Wal-mart

Hey from before figs, Dawnbreaker's accessory is meant to be the big bat on the ring, and everything else up to his upper arm and shoulder
My fave among em is BWL but its a tough call for me since I really liked Devastator as well its just that the scale is off I imagined that he is as tall as Merciless or perhaps a bit taller than him btw if you havent tried it yet swapping the head for Sky Tyrant BWL and reg BWL gives the regular one a bit umf into it
I like the head swap but I have my Sky Tyrant in a prime position so I didn't want to detract from that one.
Now all we need is Barbatos I know god father todd is gonna do it soon

How do you have the dawn breaker floating like that? I kno McFarlanes airborne characters come with a post tgg he at attaches on the waist sometimes but I don’t see anything keeping him up
The Drowned seems to have issues holding her trident. I was almost compelled to glue it on.
