Thanks heaps for this very cool visit to this museum. Just seeing a few of these monster creations, evokes heaps of memories. The first one that comes to mind was The Creature from The Black Lagoon.........on that boat. I was sufficiently scared that it remained on my mind for years and even now I can picture myself and my brother, pillows and blankets on the floor in the lounge room, watching this film late on a Friday night on Creature Feature (a Friday night institution) having the bejesus scared out of us. Of course the other one to leave a mark or should I say scar in my mind was CHICKY ~~ I was 26 when this came out and had just had a baby ~~ you have no idea what this movie could do to a new mother, home alone with baby, watching this film. Thank you again, another great post from an even greater vloger . Alison xoxox
Omg this is AMAZING!!!! I watched all of Face/Off season 1 and watched all of his work!!! I LOVE THAT HE DISPLAYED "TEDDY TOLD ME TOO"!!!! GAHHH THIS IS PURELY AMAZING!!!!!
I luv the cartoon begining! The tour was great. He was so nice to let us see his work. Thanks 4 a good time. Thumbs up people! It's hailing in Maryland right now.
Hi Jacob, Tom Devlin really is a very talented guy. The clowns were so creepy looking, I really think their way of life as entertaining children has now gone lol. Great video, thank you. xx
It’s crazy how well my son knows all of your videos. As soon as you mentioned this place in the live stream yesterday... The little guy (in the backseat) says “yes, and he includes part of the rock a fire explosion in that video” lol. He has all of your videos memorized. This place looks really cool, and we are definitely going to get take your advice, and go see this place today. Thanks for telling us.
So awesome! Always nice to see these collections and see the creators so happy to share and talk about them. Love the Puppet Master movies, need to watch those again. xD
This episode featuring this horror museum was great! The Carpetbagger could've easily made this into 3 in depth episodes. Keep this great content coming! It's great watching your channel.
Hi, Jacob, thanks for doing these. I am a NUT about Halloween. I always start early, as soon as the Celtic first harvest festival. That is, I begin to be in the mood, not a Wiccan or modern Druid! You are providing a great time for people like me!
Welcome to my neighboring home town of Boulder City Jacob, I came from Henderson just on the other side of the mountains, this museum is awesome and must of been established long after I moved away from the area. Next time I visit Boulder I need to make a visit to this Museum and tell them Jacob sent me.
In 1984, as an 8-Year-Old, I spent entirely too much time at what was in Fairfax Virginia, known as Showbiz Pizza Place, They are Known as Chuck E. Cheese's. I specifically remember one day showing up early, as It was in a strip mall that backed up to our Apartment Complex. That day my mind would be opened to reality, as I saw ALL Of the Characters(Rockafire Skeletons? I didn't know that's what they were called) Completely SKINNED! It scared the shit out of me, yet heavily intrigued me as well! Showbiz Pizza was a place of magic as a kid in the 80's. Especially after we realized where they threw away the Game tickets collected for prizes. We'd go in the dumpster & get HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of pristine tickets, then we would take turns cashing them in for the best prizes Showbiz had to offer Lol This should clear my references up. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_E._Cheese's
That was awesome!...AND you got to se a Zoltar in the works! A shame you couldn’t show his face...so we could ‘look him in the eyes and see what’s going on in there.’ Nice one! Thank you!🤘🏼👍🏼
great stuff!! Very cool assignment!! you should have your own cable network show by now !!📺📺📺 you have a big giant fan base already!! you were made for this!!this is your niche!! great job,CB.!!!
Very cool museum. I've always loved horror movies such as the Hellraiser movies, the Amityville horror movies, and the Halloween movies. Salems Lot, Silver Bullet, and The Shining are some of my favorites. It would be cool if Tom Devlin's Museum had the vampire Barlow from Salems Lot, one of my favorites. I plan to visit the Amityville horror house sometime
A big part of the younger generation might not be interested, but my fascination grows with each video I see about the RAE. I wish I could see the band one day life.
@@PeachysMom honestly, im not sure. i just noticed that it was blurred out during the video, but there was a split second where it was not blurred. i noticed that and spent 5 or so minutes trying to let the video play, then pause it at just the right moment so i could see it. i figured if i spent that long trying to see it, no doubt someone else has too. so i noted the time and commented to save other people time. personally if something like that happens in a video, (something very fast happens and you have to try to pause on the exact frame to see it) i always scroll down to the comments to see if someone else notices it and posted a timestamp. as far as he character it could be a few things. it reminds me of an android from an old scifi movie. im guessing it was commissioned from a private buyer, and it doesn't look complete. maybe it showed part of the process and revealed a trade secret or something. personally though i like to imagine that some lonely guy paid to have his scifi android crush made into a talking animatronic so he can have someone to give him his affirmations. then he starts freaking out because "his baby girl" was being filmed without permission, and he asked carpetbagger to blur her face out because "he didnt want 'his wife' to be posted on the internet". LOL!
I've seen about 90% of the movies he was showcasing. Jus sayin. ..lol. But those goblins!! Omg I had completely forgotten about those from my childhood. My best cousin had them all and I begged my mother to buy just one, but she always told me they weren't for girls...booooo! I'm going to look everywhere for one now...haha! Thanks ♡♡♡♡♡
She's pretty easy to get, send a stamped addressed envelope, photo and letter to her at:- Tom Monjack Celebrity Enterprises (TMCE) 1049 Havenhurst Drive, #550 West Hollywood, CA 90046 USA and you'll get it back signed :)
Really good video Jacob, this is the type of filming and content that made me begin to follow you...I really want to share a case of beer with Tom and his Dad and listen to their stories...Asylum movies rock!
I was gonna make a comment on how weird it would be to see your own skeleton but them I realized that we practically do that constantly with x-rays and horror films and most of the museums featured on this channel and it would make the comment less funny.
Thanks for the tour.! I took a tour of Creative Engineering in florida. I know the Rock Afire creator Aaron, so to see those robots was very cool! And the monster museum is very awesome!!
He's created some awesome pieces! Pure talent!
RhettyforFun my favorites are the puppets from the puppet master series
The animatronic robots at near the end were the only thing that had a "Please Don't Touch" sign, and he touches them all lol
I always wondered what happened to the appliances and costumes in Face-Off, I'm glad they're actually able to be reused and put on display.
Evil Bong has to be the pinnacle of filmmaking
Kelsey G. Right! Just wait until EB 777 drops on April 20th. It's a whole nother level! I may or may not have a scene towards the end.
Aimless Adventures right on 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I remember him on face off. He is talented. Great video.
love the carpetbagger
sue!
this might actually be my favorite video
I remember watching him in face off! Teddy told me to was one of my favourite designs on the show
By far, one of the best videos so far. I love these places you find. Trying to watch your earlier stuff.
Captain Spaulding's Museum of Monsters and Madmen.
*PLEASE DON'T TOUCH*
... >touches the whole thing
Lol, that's so me also!
@Logan Sweeney , *i wonder that too*
He probably has permission to.
