Crissy and Tomakazi, this is your first look at the new bassist, Fami. She is age 20. Did you like her style of playing? She and Haruna on drums are working very well together. This is the first single and title track to the new album. Have Flipster show you the 2nd single, Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down). He and Animal have seen that one, and it starts with a bass and hi-hat intro.
Fun fact , Miyako the guitar player and pianist wrote and played all the baselines on this song and album, the new bass player Fami joined the band after the album was written and recorded
Fami did re-record the bass lines and added her own touches to some of them and fleshed them out, as what Miyako had recorded was mostly just really basic bass lines to hold down the background. Miyako wrote with the intention of letting the new bass player redo them to their own taste. Unfortunately, they didn't know what kind of bass player they were getting, so the overall compositions really didn't give much room for Fami to flex and show her abilities. The next album will, though!

Miyako wrote the score for only 4 songs of the album, (Wicked Witch, Stand and Deliver, Lost in the Garden, Soldier Stands Solitarily). The other 6 songs were mainly (some songs with Midori and Asami) written by Mao (additional musician, keyboards & programming). And all the baselines on these 6 songs were written and programmed by him (talking about demo). Of course, this song "Judgement Day" was composed by him (melodyline with Asami). Before the release of the album, this information was already announced in the interviews of the band's members, and now you can see in the credit of the album. Fami, after the audition, recorded her basslines through trial-and-error consulting with Mao on his songs, with Miyako on her songs. Fami and Miyako talked about that recording process in many interviews. Wrong. Fami Re Recorded over the Existing basslines and even added her own in places. The final Mix is All Fami. Even Miyako has stated she laid down basic bass tracks only.

Frank is really easy to write in block, fill out one sheet and copy it until you have 226 total. Problem solved. (Anything for mien U-boat Kapitan) Interesting song, but to me this is a still DragonForce in skirts. Obviously great riffs, drummer was killer, vocals...OK, they had vocals. Lyrics were interesting and told a story. At least they had a sword and actually showed her picking it up. This is good for the occasional listen but (like DragonForce) the endless shredding and speed drumming gets old fast since there is very little change in the composition.
