1972 Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police Motorcycle - Start Up and Short Video of the First Ride in a Month

Here is the start up of my Police Motorcycle. As an FYI, I have installed the nearly 1000cc kit for this bike, so it is substantially bigger than the stock. And installed a new seat, as the previous one really evaporated!
It has a Greg Bender wiring harness on it and is really a beautiful bike to run!
This is my Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police motorcycle. I bought this California police bike from someone in Arkansas, of all places. It was the ultimate basket case, as I bought the motorcycle in baskets - three to be exact.
The nice thing is that most if not all of the original parts were there - even the Harley rims (I've read / heard that Harley rims were put on Moto Guzzis by the LAPD, as they had a surplus of them from the prior contract and did not want them to go to waste!).
All the key components are there.... the siren bracket, the lack of civilian stand, a customized brake stay, the beefier rear brake accentuating arm, and the square plates welded behind where the rear crash bars attached.
Love this bike, but it is time to sell it to someone that will ride it.
