I'm a home cook as well and I just recently found your channel. All I can say is I love it. These recipes are great to add to anyone's personal cookbook.
The first video I saw that you created was the 24 hour fast food experience. I just recently showed that video to many people who criticize me because I won't eat that low quality food and they said you were "exaggerating" . Sadly, in the USA most people would rather spend more money on trash food than creating their own healthy meals.
Keep it up because I think you're going to make a huge difference for a lot of men in particular. Very inspirational

I know I’m kind of late to this but I’m 14 years old and I’m built like a muffin I’ve been doing all your workouts for my stomach trying to make abs but I don’t see a change my dad also told me it’s the food that matters if you see this you really inspire me to workout and if you can make a video about weight loss, increasing the size of my shoulder, workouts with my hips, and more great foods that are easy to cook because I can’t cook good.

Don’t drink your calories (soda, milk, juice, fancy Starbucks drinks, can add hundreds of calories of pure sugar that you don’t need) and do your best to eat as much whole food as you can. Look for foods that look like ingredients instead of prepared foods. Lots of protein and fiber (lean meats like chicken and fish, beans and nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies).
Most of all, find something you can get excited about. Foods you really like and get excited to eat (I add peaches to my salads when they’re nice and ripe and love to eat sandwiches with canned salmon or tuna and flavored hummus was). Forms of exercise that make you happy and get you excited to do them (I love to rock climb and get excited to weight train, you may have other things you love to do).
Don’t be afraid to try new things and you’ll find the things that you love that will help keep you motivated to stay healthy.

For stomach try additionally doing 'ab activation' best one work for me is as if you do a crunch but then just hold it 2-3min at the top or as much as you can. This will 'wake' the stomach muscles up. And then proceed to your work out. This made a difference for me when doing ab work out. The day I tried the ab activation and then ab video I the next day felt the stomach muscles like never before. I've never felt anything I my stomach prior doing work out like I did after the activation.

I love how you have your crew taste test for you no gassing up. It all looks so good to be honest. you've been a really big inspiration to me! I am still healing from a lot of injuries and can hardly even squat or push up but I'll be damned if its gonna be like this forever. Being able to do the things you do one day keeps me going to do what I can. Seriously, thank you. I can say that a million times and wish you all the best in the world a million more and it still wouldn't come close to how much gratitude, inspiration and motivation I get from you. Your a freaking angel.
**edit** THat last one got me thinking, you ever try tahini and lemon with sweet potato? I little black pepper. You did the lemon wings earlier so I think this might be right up your alley. Just a tbl spoon of tahini instead of sour cream and squeeze half a lemon on, sprinkle some black pepper and its game, set and match.

I stumbled across your You Tube channel by accident over a month ago. I started watching your videos and I'm really impressed. I have been yo yo dieting for over 20 years, now that I am in my forties, it's so hard for me to lose weight. I admit I am junk food eater. I watched an earlier video of dinners that you make to help you get shredded. I honestly can't do the work outs that you do. But I did try the 5 dinners and I was really surprised how easy they were to make and I didn't feel hungry. I decided to keep continuing to make your recipes, walk more and I also started using free weights. Thank you for sharing your quick and easy recipes. You really helped motivate me to loose weight safely and easy with out breaking the bank.

I had a rly bad lower back injury on the beginning of january which almost left me paralyzed. I was lucky enough to slide down the stairs into new year quite literally. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The fall was pretty bad and shifted three of my spine discs downward.
Thankfully i haven't broken anything or damaged any nerves. I had to stop working out after 2 and a half years and completely be a vegetable for almost 3 months and not move a lot. That shit was probably the hardest for my mental health.
However the doctors told me later after a lot of chekups and rehabilitation that due to my muscles being so strong beforehand nothing was damaged. I have finished with the program at the hospital and slowly started working out again. My goal is to fully recover by the beginning of august. All im trying to say is thank you Chris for pumping all these high quality videos and inspiring me to not give up. Can't wait to pick up the exercises i used to do!
Again thank you! Your workouts quite literally saved me from breaking my back.❤

I add 5 "nothing-to-sell" french advices to improve these meals :
    - Try to not burn your food (onions) The black is carbon, its like smooking ton of cigarettes
    - Red meat only in low quantity : cancerigene
    - Mustard is 66 calories, also contain sufites
    - Red wine vinaigar contain sulfites
    - Don't cook with aluminium, its transfer neurotoxic particules to your food
Thanks Chris for your videos and theses meals !

I’ve lifted weights for over half my life now, but without research, my knowledge is still really outdated. Fast forward to my best friend’s bachelor party 2 weeks ago, his older brother was absolutely shredded (mind you, he was never really interested in exercise for all the time I’ve really known him). He told me it’s from doing calisthenics and here I am, having found your channel.
My honest review of the tuna sandwich I JUST made is an 8/10, but I also think it’s because I’m only starting to eat healthier and my taste buds is accustom to unhealthy meals.
My request is: please continue to make meal videos. I’m looking forward to making what you’ve already shared and would definitely keep experimenting through your experiences. Great channel and energy!!!

You can microwave a potato a lot quicker than oven baked. Use a covered container with some moisture. What about cheese--swiss, colby, cheddar, asiago, etc. One of my fave things.

Thank you so much for the meal demos and including the nutritional info. Please keep the great, quick, easy recipes coming. I work 12 hour shifts and these really help. I would love to see you do a meal prep video for like a week of meals that can even be frozen and then re-heated. In medical we work 12 hour shifts and when needed OT so it can be many days in a row of that schedule. It’s great to have healthy home made meals. More cost effective too. Again thank you for the recipes and prep demonstrations. I appreciate you.

All this meals are insane Chris! Got some in my meal plan and stayed consistent with it for a year now. Since I'm pretty busy I only eat 2 big meals a day and I eat your dishes with double amount so that I would still have enough calories for a healthy cut while still gaining lean mass. Some days I don't even have to use Protein Shake, like when I eat double time chicken pasta for lunch and tuna sandwich for dinner, that sums up to 1g protein pro 1lb bodyweight for me already, and the moderate to high carbs helps me being much more energized during my work :D Big thanks to you! And I could also share you guys some of the best traditional dishes from my country that all ingredients are fresh and has absolutely NO oil, which make itself being much lower in calories and the casual ingredients putted in it can be found easily like in every supermarkets with a very fair price :D Just pack it with more meat and you can either have a healthy cut or even a healthy bulk :D
