How to get Windows XP and POSReady 2009 updates in 2022

All things worked just fine but after dragging the wlu file into the update file nothing happened… cant get steam to connect to the login server. NEED HELP!

Steam dropped support for Windows XP over 4 years ago so it’s unlikely the login system would work.
