Wow thank you very much. I am starting a clothing brand rn and already designed a few pieces in clo3d but wondered how I could give the information to the manufacturer in the best way possible! You really helped me out here!
also make sure the designs should be in high quality PDF or editable files, as a manufacturer I found lots of quality issues with PNG and JPG design files because most of the printing machines unable to get quality results these type of design files, wish you good luck 👍
Me as a manufacturer found lots of clothing brand owners don't know about the designs, mock ups and tech pack they straight sent me PNG/JPG low quality design files that mostly designed in canva/kittl using free templates which are in very low quality these type of designs are always difficult to print as printing machines like DTG/DTF, and embroidery required high quality pixels design files for high quality printing, so most of the times I have to edit the design files myself to make them in good quality which takes lots of times, so I recommend to everyone make sure to make high quality design files, mock ups, and tech packs
Can you explain more about sizing and patternmaking? I want to create unique garments with special cuts and panels. I can draw designs in Illustrator, but I struggle with drafting patterns-I dont know anything about that, how and where do I learn? I heard it has some things to do with Clo3d or something, but im clueless, I cant even make a simple size chart. It's not as simple as designing on a mockup. Also, how can I find reliable, high-quality manufacturers with low MOQs, with good capabilites not just random ones on Alibaba?
Hi I am in clothing business since 2018, as you want to make custom cuts and panels so doubt it's required to make high quality custom patterns, we have recently made lots of custom clothing using custom patterns if you want I can share some of the them with you, also we have worked with more than 200 clothing brands and our MOQ is 25-30, you can ask any question. thanks
great video bro! Are there any graphic designers that you can recommend for creating illustrations for printing on tees? Just as you made with logo designers in previous vid.
all those graphic designers from the previous video have the skill/ability to also make graphics. i’d start with asking them. other than that just look through some other ppl on instagram. there’s graphic designers everywhere.
I think it can be a good option if you are starting with absolutely no budget, but if you do have the ability to invest a little cash I think being able to have the customization a manufacturer brings can make the brand stand out and be more genuine to customers.
@@jackkgriffith thanks for the response man, but for tees, beside front, back and neck label, in most cases, you don’t personalize anything else? Or maybe I’m missing something
depends what your goal is. if it’s only graphic/clothing design i recommend illustrator. if ur gonna be doing some photo editing then photoshop has it all.
@@jackkgriffith main goal would be to make good compositions with multiple different non copyrighted images and then make clothing brand from designs of doing that when good, so I suppose photo editing ? But vector is nice and I’m sure illustrator does have the features I need just not positive
babe wake up, jack griffith posted

Which country you'd prefer to manufacture all your stuff?
I am based in Pakistan and doing manufacturing since 2018 would you like to see recent work?
been waitinf 3 weeks for this ‼️‼️
wow man good work!
Great video man, what do you think about using POD servie to start, for tees, as it has 0 personalization, and isn’t that great for others stuff

@@theadamsof embroidery, fit and sizing, stitching patterns, etc. there’s a lot of potential personalization for tees. depends what ur going for.
@@jackkgriffith I see thanks!
@@jackkgriffith I see, thanks man, when will you be done with the course?
Video fasho helped alot🙏What did you mean with name of the blanks and the style number?
each brand has a “style number” for their products. if u go on their website u can find the style number that corresponds with the product.
Rad video, super helpful ❤️
thanks great video. you could do a video on creating a good website, instagram, etc.
definitely. that’s a few videos away in the series but will definitely be worth the wait‼️‼️
