Indeed! I think John is getting some great practice on installs... especially since he has to install things twice! Once on "Olive" and once on "Nomad." 😂 We hope it helps. Travel safe! John and Caroline 🍀

Looks great! I'm sure that will make a huge difference going down the road.

Thanks so much! It is interesting how one change can make so much difference in handling! Caroline really had trouble with the kickstand… but after the Rox install she has had very little issues. Thanks for watching!

@@TheGrandShamrockTourI'm not worried about cornering lean angle, so I did something like that, then also added a plate that lowers the pegs. So much nicer for the hips and knees. Stay safe!

@JCrozier1 Ha! I will let John know... Interesting idea to lower the plate and then pegs. He may appreciate that. He has considered updating the front forks as well... so far I have not bottomed out or had issues with the suspension. We will let you know when the sun comes out and we hit the backroads. 😂

@@TheGrandShamrockTour I actually lowered the pegs themselves after the plate by using comma of all things a Honda goldwing peg. It's down another half inch and has a much larger surface for your feet. It's so much more comfortable to stand up with that bigger space and it doesn't look obnoxious to anyone that isn't paying that much attention to a bike.

Hi John - just happened to come across your video as I was tackling the Rox Risers on my new F750GS! Nice job, it was very helpful! I did have a problem with my install - I removed the NavVI mount and found the bolts on the triple clamp were much taller, too tall to allow the risers to pivot. So I switched out 2 of the bolts from my F700 to allow for the space to pivot the bars closer to the rider.

Hello! Is this THEE Lisa we met in Great Falls? 😀 I hope so. We love your newest motorbike and we have used those Rox Risers several times now and appreciate how they improve the handling.
We are thinking of adding the NavVI and will be interested how it changes the mounting. Sounds like it worked out okay for you.
      Thanks for reaching out!
      Travel safe.

Do you have the Rox Risers installed on your ADV motorcycle?
What do you think of the changes that it makes for handling?
Do you recommend them for a friend? 😂 Travel safe and we will see you out on the trails!

Thanks Guys great detailed video 👍 As my my 2024 310GS has not been lowered (like John's bike), did you have to relocate any of the cables on your bike John? If so any advice please? Ride safe 👍 best wishes Karl in Australia 🇦🇺 😊

Hello! We used two inch risers and there was just enough clearance “lock to lock” on the handle bars and wiring. The Rox Risers really are one of the best additions we made. 👍😀
      Good luck!

Great John thanks for your reply👍 I have just put the SW Motech foot pegs on in the lower position and that makes standing up a lot better. Based on your recommendations I have also ordered the 2" Rox Risers too 👍 So I should be sorted 😊 it's just a great fun bike to ride isn't it? I also have a 1250 GSA too. So like you guys we have the best of both worlds 👍 take care cheers Karl 😊

@@karlwebb8914 Great news on the foot pegs. We will look in to those. Let us know what you think of the risers. And yes, we have enjoyed these G310GS motorbikes. Even on the highway they get us where we want to go and we have fun doing it.

@@TheGrandShamrockTour hi again Guys, Karl in Oz (Australia) again 👍 I just watched your reviews on the great SCHUBERTH helmets you have. I have the same helmet and love it with the in built Comms👍 You probably know ? but you can install the SC2 App on your phone for extra information when it Bluetooth connects to the headset and if you click on the settings wheel on top right of the phone screen, you can see the battery life, which lasts ages between charges 👍😃 I also have a Puig screen on my bike which is great too 👍😃I’m so glad I found your Utube channel which I really enjoy 😊 thanks for posting 👍 cheers Karl 😃

any reason why front forks are pushed through fork crown (at least 20mm). Has bike been lowered

We have two of the 310’s. One of them was lowered using the lowering link, lowered the forks, and shortened the kickstand for Caroline’s bike. The Rox Risers did help the handling! Let us know what you come up with.

@@neilkoos4556 Caroline here… I did not find any issues with handling. I did when we lowered the front forks on a prior 2009 BMW f650 GS. It would dive in the corners a bit. I have not noticed it on this 310. I hope that helps. 👍☘️
