- Hi friends! Today we are trying out the fragrance brand Lattafa! We first have a haul of about 5 new fragrances, as well as some rapid-fire reviews of the fragrances I had previously purchased.

I would love a video on earl grey/london fog tea scents! i've been looking for an affordable option
You know I love Monday from Arielle Shoshana, and there is also one from Henry Rose called Windows Down, which is more affordable!
Lattafa has a dupe for BDK Gris Charnel, called Liam gray and it has a black tea note. I personally love it and it’s affordable.
Have you tried JM Earl Grey & Cucumber?
I would say that windows down from henry rose is a much more astringent earl grey tea scent, rather than creamy like a london fog. I do like it but it definitely gives more over-steeped earl grey tea than like a tea latte, which could be something to keep in mind!

My mom has Oud for Glory by Lattafa (the super affordable dupe for Initio Oud for Greatness) and I find it wonderful....she gets compliments everywhere she goes with people wanting to know what she is wearing.
How is the black pepper note?
@@thejasminebperspective not getting black pepper at all. Maybe it's being overshadowed by the oud and lavender 🤔. The nutmeg is subtle but nice too.

I wish people would realize that Lataffa and those cheap perfumes and dupe brands people call "Arab perfumes" are not all there is to Arab perfumes. It's like us going to Walmart and going to the dupe perfume section and saying these are "French perfumes", like technically it could be correct but its not at all what people mean when they say french perfume. It's not fair and because Arab perfumes are so diverse and expensive and much better quality than the dupe brands you guys know.
I completely agree. Amouage is an Arab brand, Navitus etc. the point is these are “affordable” Arab perfumes:)
@@perfumerism It’s not you it’s the community at large :( they use arab perfume as synonym for cheap brands. Love the video tho ❤️
@@jtc5126 yes I actually completely agree on your grievance. When I started my Arab fragrance series on Tiktok I would talk about Kajal and Navitus and people were like “but those aren’t affordable?” like what? Arab doesn’t mean affordable. So yes I totally agree with you haha it irritates me too!

The way I've had Honour and Glory in my fragbuy cart for ages awaiting your stamp of approval ☺️ I picked up Lahdath a month or so ago, which is supposedly a dupe of Roses Vanille and I'd love to hear your take on it one day (also suggesting you try Afnan and Swiss Arabian eventually, Afnan has La Nuit Tresor and Valaya dupes that are especially interesting)

I was hoping you would try Qaed Al Fursan Unlimited (white one) because it’s supposed to be really lactonic (so might be good for your milk series) but it’s also had very polarizing reviews
have you smelled lattafa's eclair? apparently supposed to be an exact dupe for bianco latte
Lattafa Rouat Al Musk is my favorite from them. It smells like fancy soap. Super fresh and so good.

I bought tariaq a few months ago on a really good discount and it’s ok…better for fall so I put it away but I loveeeee yara!!! I’m wondering if you have tried yara tous (the orange one)??
You need to do a second part with more fragrances
"plastic baby doll head synthetic note" adding that to my fragrance descriptors lol. How is the black pepper note in al oud honor and glory? The pepper note in Phlur vanilla skin was too much for me.
I own the Oud for Glory by Lattafa (blind buy) and if you like the Khamrah scent, you may like it! It's spicy and earthy with musk, lasts forEVER on my skin and clothes (8 hours+). To me, it smells very comforting and would be perfect for colder months 🥰🖤💜
It took me a minute, but I figured out that Yara reminds me of strawberry crème savers. I really like it as a casual every day scent.
I’m not into Lattafa, dupe houses, or Arab perfumes in general, but I watched this just because I love watching you, Emma! 🩵

Khamrah for me is just for december and it smells exactly like mulled wine spice or mulled apple juice, I associate it with Christmas strongly, mainly the smell of Christmas market. I'm eyeing Ansaam Gold cause I love both Oriana ans LDBS but I also own both so when I run out, should I try it? I really do believe you that it's similar, but I also dislike Yara strongly so idk if I should pull the plug😅

I think I got a horrible batch of Ansaam gold. It smells like straight-up alcohol with orange peels. I let it macerate for 5 weeks now and still no improvements. I was super excited to try it.

@@Ana-op9tx I do! I bought a back-up! It is a slightly lighter version of Bianco Latte. I've had it for three weeks now and the longevity has gotten really good.

Khanarah is an angels share dupe, right? I got a kilian sample set for Christmas so I associate it with Christmas too.
It's supposed to be one, but I find it misses the boozy apple pie note I get from Angels' Share. But otherwise they are very similar.

I am curious what will be your experience with Aroma Concepts. I ordered from their UK website almost a month ago, they still haven’t shipped my order and don’t respond to my emails… I am worried that I have been scammed! 😡
My sister and I had the same experience with the UK-website but the perfumes did arrive after a month for both of us. ❤ I got the order confirmation e-mail, was told that I would recieve an e-mail after shipping (never happened), asked for a tracking no (never got one) but all of a sudden got a text that my order was out for delivery 🤷

@@arthur._xp12yg that’s untrue. Lattafa goes to the same perfume houses and French brands, with the access to the same materials and perfumers. Amouage Love Delight was formulated in America at the NYC IFF office. Lattafa Teriaq was made by the perfumer who made Delina.
@@arthur._xp12yg the middle eastern market prioritizes stength, longevity, and certain notes like oud, saffron, and resins are more culturally significant and therefore more common, however they are not exclusive to the Middle East. Supply chain is essentially the same for all perfume houses

I dont understand the arab perfume trend. When i think of arab perfume i think of taxi driver colonge that gives me a migrane because its soo strong.
They are amazing-nothing compares. Maybe it’s a bias, prejudice & jealousy from your side. They will take over for sure.
Very surprisingly cringey watching you being rude and uncourteous to a brand that sent you pr gifts. I don't think you need to like any of them but your dismissive demeanor was quite off putting.
