Kuala Lumpur is great but need to improve more;
1- Side walk, pedestrian - still not connected throughout the city, and can be dangerous with uneven surface, broken tiles, hole and obstructions (tree, lamp post etc). Malaysians always said no one want to walk in the hot Malaysian weather, but hey look at Singapore, the weather is the same right?
2- Many tourists are still complaining the traffic lights not working properly when you push the stop button to cross the roads.
3- Strict enforcement for car or motorbikes parking illegally, or some motorbikes keep crossing the red traffic lights or using sidewalks which can be very dangerous for pedestrians.
4- More bins mostly in crowded places
1) Totally agree with you on the sidewalks needing improvements. Too many pedestrians using it daily including tourist. I always make a point to give way to the older one
