“Everything else aside” - that is where we part ways, where I seem to part ways with so many of my brothers and sisters in Christ. While I am firmly pro-life, I cannot in good conscience support a man as wicked and vile as Donald Trump. And no, it is not just his “personality,” it is the things he promotes and stands for that are in complete opposition to the teachings of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am not willing to cast “everything else aside” in the hope that this man might be more friendly to the cause of life (and even that is debatable, given his constant pandering and changing his stance depending on which way the political winds are blowing).

I'm an evangelist who has been in the Philippines since May 29, 2002, & I was married to a very godly woman, Alicia, who God had given to me as my helpmeet! We evangelized all over the Island of Leyte where we lived. I say lived because my wife became very sick with a very bad heart condition that I never knew about. Anyway, Alice passed away March 14th, 2014, & my heart was broken, but I didn't stop our work for God that we started! I was raised in a Baptist Christian home, & my dad was a deacon. I went thru the motions of being a Christian, but I never took it to heart! I was one of those kids who thought I was a Christian, but I wasn't. I was Christian by Osmosis so to speak, which is totally wrong! I went thru the motions, but God wasn't in my heart. Anyway, I was drafted when I was 19, but the only military that wanted me was the Air Force because I had flat feet & a slight scoliosis of my spine, so none of the other branches wanted me! I spent 20 plus years in the USAF, & retired with may injuries I received in my tours to Thailand & Viet Nam. My problem was that I had severe PTSD which caused me to be suicidal with an attempt in 1986, which was not successful, however, my boss used this against me to keep me from being promoted to MSgt twice by field promotion by 2 generals who said my actions were above & beyond the call of duty! I fought hard to prove I was the best as the generals said of me! When I retired in September 1992, I had just gotten married (still not a Christian) & thought I would have a good life ahead, but I was wrong. My marriage was going to Hell in a handbag, & I got suicidal again, & I tried to take my life again with an old Black-power Pistol that I was very good with. My wife called 911 to tell them she was going to kill me, & I grabbed the phone & said just send a coroner t5o pick up my dead body because I'm ending my life! I went out on our porch with my pistol & waited for the coroner, they sent a cop to check on us, & he was the wrong one to send! When he came, I told him I wanted him to stay away & watch me die with my pistol, but he panicked & thought I pointed the gun at him & ran to his car with his pistol drawn & pointed at me while calling for backup because I was a dangerous VN Vet!!! Well, in just a few minutes there were 9 cops at my house with guns drawn & ready to handle me! I had the pistol pointed still at my chest ready to die, but as I pulled the hammer back to fire it was as if an angel flicked the firing cap off the hammer as I pulled the trigger. I'm an expert with firearms & this has never happened before, so I was shocked & stunned! I stood up & tossed the pistol away, & I was tackled to the ground with a lot of force with my face getting cuts, bruised & splintered from my porch! I had no will to struggle, but this is how I was treated. I was booked & branded a Cop Killer at the jail! Needless to say, this was my awakening call from God because there was No way I could run way. That night as I sat on that steel bed, Jesus paid me a visit & talked to me! I knew from His voice who He was, so I listened. I accepted what was happening to me & asked Jesus to send me someone to talk to me. This was a Friday night (Dec 25, 1992), so I waited. God sent a Baptist Preacher to our jail because he & some believers were there to witness to the inmates in the other holding cell next to mine. The preacher came over to my cell & introduced himself to me & asked if he could talk to me. He was very surprised when I said that I have been waiting for him! I could see he was a little scared because I had a long beard & long hair & kinda' looked like Charles Manson (no tattoo on my forehead tho)! We talked for a long time & told him my story, & he gave me a small New Testament & said he would check on me .later. December 29th, 1992, the jailers needed to use my holing cell for an AA Meeting, & asked if it would be ok if I would go into the solitary confinement cell. I said sure it's ok! I took my small Bible with me & found a table, chair, coffee & some snacks to enjoy. They treated me well! I accepted Christ as my Savior & Lord of my life that night, & He helped me get out of my charges!!! I witnessed for Christ the whole time I was in jail, & I have done jail & homeless ministries for a long time! I'm still doing God's work here in the Philippines & online also! Praise God for protecting me & saving me from myself! Thank you & keep up the good work!!!

I was an usher, elder, and then head of Evangelism. I always felt something was wrong. I spoke to our board of directors and Pastor on many occasions. I tried to explain the dangers. To no avail. We home church now. We Thank Him for His discernment, insight, mercy and Grace.
I'm an evangelist who has been in the Philippines since May 29, 2002, & I was married to a very godly woman, Alicia, who God had given to me as my helpmeet! We evangelized all over the Island of Leyte where we lived. I say lived because my wife became very sick with a very bad heart condition that I never knew about. Anyway, Alice passed away March 14th, 2014, & my heart was broken, but I didn't stop our work for God that we started! I was raised in a Baptist Christian home, & my dad was a deacon. I went thru the motions of being a Christian, but I never took it to heart! I was one of those kids who thought I was a Christian, but I wasn't. I was Christian by Osmosis so to speak, which is totally wrong! I went thru the motions, but God wasn't in my heart. Anyway, I was drafted when I was 19, but the only military that wanted me was the Air Force because I had flat feet & a slight scoliosis of my spine, so none of the other branches wanted me! I spent 20 plus years in the USAF, & retired with may injuries I received in my tours to Thailand & Viet Nam. My problem was that I had severe PTSD which caused me to be suicidal with an attempt in 1986, which was not successful, however, my boss used this against me to keep me from being promoted to MSgt twice by field promotion by 2 generals who said my actions were above & beyond the call of duty! I fought hard to prove I was the best as the generals said of me! When I retired in September 1992, I had just gotten married (still not a Christian) & thought I would have a good life ahead, but I was wrong. My marriage was going to Hell in a handbag, & I got suicidal again, & I tried to take my life again with an old Black-power Pistol that I was very good with. My wife called 911 to tell them she was going to kill me, & I grabbed the phone & said just send a coroner t5o pick up my dead body because I'm ending my life! I went out on our porch with my pistol & waited for the coroner, they sent a cop to check on us, & he was the wrong one to send! When he came, I told him I wanted him to stay away & watch me die with my pistol, but he panicked & thought I pointed the gun at him & ran to his car with his pistol drawn & pointed at me while calling for backup because I was a dangerous VN Vet!!! Well, in just a few minutes there were 9 cops at my house with guns drawn & ready to handle me! I had the pistol pointed still at my chest ready to die, but as I pulled the hammer back to fire it was as if an angel flicked the firing cap off the hammer as I pulled the trigger. I'm an expert with firearms & this has never happened before, so I was shocked & stunned! I stood up & tossed the pistol away, & I was tackled to the ground with a lot of force with my face getting cuts, bruised & splintered from my porch! I had no will to struggle, but this is how I was treated. I was booked & branded a Cop Killer at the jail! Needless to say, this was my awakening call from God because there was No way I could run way. That night as I sat on that steel bed, Jesus paid me a visit & talked to me! I knew from His voice who He was, so I listened. I accepted what was happening to me & asked Jesus to send me someone to talk to me. This was a Friday night (Dec 25, 1992), so I waited. God sent a Baptist Preacher to our jail because he & some believers were there to witness to the inmates in the other holding cell next to mine. The preacher came over to my cell & introduced himself to me & asked if he could talk to me. He was very surprised when I said that I have been waiting for him! I could see he was a little scared because I had a long beard & long hair & kinda' looked like Charles Manson (no tattoo on my forehead tho)! We talked for a long time & told him my story, & he gave me a small New Testament & said he would check on me .later. December 29th, 1992, the jailers needed to use my holing cell for an AA Meeting, & asked if it would be ok if I would go into the solitary confinement cell. I said sure it's ok! I took my small Bible with me & found a table, chair, coffee & some snacks to enjoy. They treated me well! I accepted Christ as my Savior & Lord of my life that night, & He helped me get out of my charges!!! I witnessed for Christ the whole time I was in jail, & I have done jail & homeless ministries for a long time! I'm still doing God's work here in the Philippines & online also! Praise God for protecting me & saving me from myself! Thank you & keep up the good work!!!

I wish we had somebody like you here bc the mega church pastor here did not address the woke issues at all but I think a true Pastor is doing what you’re doing instead of continuing to play Church behind Stained Glass windows and they have sermons that tell you how to change a wheel on a wagon if you know what I mean.

That is exactly why I do not like labels put before Christian. As close as I am to Pentecostal I don't believe I am one. I just believe I am a Christian! I believe every word of God. And just because you have an anointing does not mean you are saved. Just like when the prostitute killed the king. Not sure if that was the same woman that had sex with him to produce another heir. It might be I'm sorry I'm a little rusty on that one. You can be used by God no matter if you are saved or not. It's his plan not ours. Just like the Antichrist will be used by God! In the end it's his plan and we all know who is going to win. I just hope and pray that I will be on the winning side. I pray I have enough faith and action.
Steve Deace makes a good point about what needs to be done after the election…win or lose. He confirms what the Holy Spirit has told me. A Trump win provides some time for the true believers of Christ to work on resetting this sick culture. I believe Trump will do his job with the international concerns and the finances. But he cannot change and improve the culture…that’s a ‘we’ job. Praise God!🙏🏽
