When you guys said find a moment alone with your husband after the wedding, I started to cry instantly!!!! I love this video!! I am so stressed just trying to pick colors! I just want this to be perfect. We are having a destination wedding in Jamaica and I dont know what colors to pick.
I think Simple is ALWAYS better! Neutral colors can never go out of style! :) You'll have a blast! We recently did a wedding in the Dominican Republic and how calm our bride was, was simply unmatched to how our local brides feel under the pressure of hundreds of guests!
I didn’t take the time to talk with my dad about walking down the isle. We ended up both being a bit scattered and we totally forgot to hug😂😂 However, my favorite part of my day was that my now spouse and I didnt keep apart up until the ceremony. We hung out at the venue, walked around to set things up and then parted to get ready before our first look. Everyone kept asking how I was SO stress free and THAT is my reason. Dont avoid your s/o! They are your rock and will keep you sane on the big day
It’s so hard to find GOOD wedding advice because most advice is for brides with out wedding coordinators! This advice was amazing for everyone especially for dad to smile walking down the aisle! Thank you!
I am sooooo glad being a bride having a wedding in romania where 1 invitation costs less than 1$. And living in Germany where our income is much higher than there. For us those prices are just amazing and the same quality as here. I am soooooo excited about our photographer. Quite a splurge but I can be 100% sure that my photos will be gorgeos. My TOP tip is to be organized from day one. I neglected writing everything down in an order and it is a mess. At least i wrote it down but i wished i had done it more tidy... My husband and I aren't doing a first look, only because the hotel we're getting ready at doesn't really have any visually appealing spots. And while I'm not at all traditional, I kind of want that moment of him being overwhelmed by seeing me walk down. We're having a sweetheart table (mainly to get some time just us) but I just found out that our venue takes us to the reception room after pictures. This is during cocktail hour while everyone is waiting to come in. They give us 10 minutes in the room to see everything, give us some drinks, and just let us have 10 minutes alone as husband and wife. I'm so excited for this moment!
Please do more of these videos!! They are so helpful for when I'm having a "HELP I'M ENGAGED" freak out moment! lol Honestly though there aren't enough of these types of videos on youtube!

danielle daniel honestly, no. I thought I would but no regrets. I had to allocate my budget to more important items and that was my photos. Second, the day went by so fast I think I'd be annoyed if I had someone else in my face lol
Dolled up Danii My friends found a videographer who was still in college and just getting started. He did not charge them anything; all he wanted was to add the video to his portfolio and website. It turned out really well. They were able to have a photographer and a videographer due to using a videographer who was just getting started.

I definitely planned on hiring a videographer and professional hair stylist no matter what but I love the idea of finding a moment alone with the Future Husband to just enjoy the night. I will do my very best to have that happened. =)
Worse happened to my parents wedding. My dads side said they will hire a videography . They had a cousin in the family who was a professional videographer . But he decided to take family hate on the video. So he recorded the whole film on previously used video tape. So basically the whole wedding was blurry .
I don't think there's anything that you can do if they show up unless they're causing a scene, but it's rare to occur! When addressing your invitations, make sure to address it to only those invited. For example, Mr. & Mrs. John Smith would insinuate just the husband and wife are invited. Smith Family would include the entire family, etc. Be specific with your invitations! :) If you're allowing a guest, put "and guest" on the invite! Otherwise leave it. Most people with err on the side of caution.

I would love to get feedback from others here who actually care about getting their hair/nails done and "professional photos". I have no disrespect for those who do but i just can't see what the big deal is.

Videographer....yes, however I chose to put my money on a photographer. Those pictures are hang on my wall, not a video. Plus I can't afford it.
