Would you recommend trying to print these as sleeves for my regular 83mm urethane wheels? You've tried them as sleeves, what do you think? The only downside I could think of is weight

The TPU tires do well in summer heat as long as you don't do burnouts on purpose for a long time. Normal riding they hold up very well as tpu can stand upto 200 degrees Celcius, that is much higher than anywhere on earth. The elasticity of tpu material expands as soon as there's weight on the board so that elasticity sticks onto abs hubs like glue. For normal riding these wheels are perfect, I broke my arm going 35mph wearing full motorcycle gear so i dont go too fast these days nor recommend anyone else to go faster than 25mph on an e board. Just get a fast car if you want to go faster.

Yes definitely making some kegel hubs as I have a board also that only supports kegel.
what about the pulley if i need to print those no stl file?
You neee to get Cloudwheel pullies which are compatible with these.
