Sir, Free fall of concrete ka limit as per IS code 1.5M, agar mujhe koi 4.5M ka column ek hi baar me cast karna hai lekin client permission nahi de raha hai to kya aise case me koi written rules or condition hai kya jiss ko mai client ko dikha sakun.
