Here is my video capturing some moments from the Gorge 100k race. I follow my friend Dave Daley on his first 100k, my buddy Joe Chick on his new 100k PR, my boy Guillaume Calmettes as he takes an AMAZING win, Katie DeSplinter as she wreaks havoc on the female competition for 4th, and many others! Thank you to James Varner and the whole Rainshadow Running crew (rainshadow-runn...) for a FANTASTIC experience and one of the most beautiful ultramarathons I have run to date.

hello , im 14 years old and im trying to train to run a 50 miler in febuwary but i cant find any videos that can help explain how far i should go on what days could you please make a video?!
