Looks cool. But hand tracking would be better as I would have my boxing bag in front of me while doing it if I didn't have to worry about damaging my controls.
I think the other issue is that boxing needs a real trainer. your form, posture, how you throw a punch, these are not guessable on your own.
Your bag doesn't move though and these targets do.

Mut chulo, pero no para todo el mundo. En España seguimos esperando y ya va mas de 1 años desde que la presentaron. Fit XR y Beat Saber tambien tienen canciones actuales, y no hay ningun problema. Menos mal que cuando salga Meta y su Metaverso la tendremos para todo el mundo. Por que por vuestra parte no va a llegar a todo el público.

The game is going to be copyrighted by beat saber because they copied beat saber they copied the sabers to look like boxing gloves whenever you have dodge the thing you have to dodge walls in beat saber and plays music beat saber i’m not gonna be around in that game when it gets copyrighted.
Oculus owns both game studios now so it's mostly irrelevant.

Quest is too hot and heavy for this type of activity… big miss from me
I use mine for this kind of activity daily. Fitness is a big part of VR and the Quest 2 has no wires. That makes it especially useful for this kind of activity.
Learn the wrong way to move and pretend we're boxing.
Looks fun if you take the "fitness" approach out of it. I personally enjoy interaction with special effects.
