This sounds very impressive, but seeing what happened at the riots, I think an intruder would have a 50/50 chance of reaching the oval office if they were dressed as a general and headed there purposefully with a confident stride.

The white house and the capital building are two very different places with different levels of security. Plenty of people have tried to gain access to the WH without proper credentials and have been caught. If rioters try to gain access all at once, the marines would open fire on them. So, no, I don't think there's a 50/50 chance of anyone reaching the oval office like that.

So the bunker is in your words at least 1000ft below the surface to be nuclear proof. Given the average storey in a building is around 14ft that means it’s 70 floors down to the bunker. I call bullshit. Absolutely no way are they 1000ft below the surface down there. No way whatsoever.

I live about 25 minutes from camp David which is in the catoctin mountains and impossible to find and the White House is about another 30 to 45 minute drive from camp David sonif they really have a tunnel that goes that far probably 30 miles that's crazy. Same thing with Andrew's air force base agian would probably be a 20 + mile
