We are not getting crystal salt without iodine. The shop people are saying sea salt is also iodised now.So can you tell us , whete we can get crystal sea salt without iodine in T.vm.
I am not a doctor, with the help of my observation I got a strong doubt about this iodised salt. In my family all ladies have hypothyroidism especially after the first delivery. Now I switched over to the non iodised salt, for hypothyroidism we are taking ayurvedic medication, with this drastic change in their hypothyroidism and it became normal and stop the allopathic medicine. As per my knowledge iodised salt came in market in the beginning of 1980s.
