Nice video... real nice! Having said that, the camera should not move when showing the pivoting of the feet...dizzying! But overall, very impressive instruction!
Sometimes I’ll do a practice exercise of upper fak-da left and right, then lower gan-da left and right, then pak-da left and right. Your exercises are good because you are also practicing pivot and angle changes, moving the body in sync.
