so when i use to play, my team would raid Loud and Fast. explosives and bullets all the way. but these guys save up gun cleaning kits and raid Quiet and Slow. suppressors only.

Not a lot of people talk about admin abuse on dayz community servers, it is a really big problem these days... Specialy on a server where big clans fight and it's heated up, in a lot of cases admins will sabotage one team they don't like much with random unfair bans and forcing rules on them much more than the others ...
you know whats crazy is i had a problem with 2 very large teams months ago, they were crushing the rest of the server and i asked a fellow admin for a diff server for advice on what to do about it, even tho no one was doing anything wrong that i could see, and the admin of a now dead server suggested i sabatoge one side. i could NOT believe that was his suggestion.
@@TomatoKingsRAW-ps5px The fix is (imo) to establish a cap on teams. I would cap it at 3-4 because anything past that is, in my opinion, a bit much for a vanilla map. This isn't dayone lol
@@bayoen9819 ya our team cap is 5. very difficult to manage over time but it can be done.
I had an admin just bombard my solo base with grenade launchers for 10 minutes and then lined my base with land mines. Destroyed everything I moved in from that server.
@@MarkDa1Da kayj and i never WANTED to be admins. we did it bc we could not BELIEVE the way admins we worked with acted. pay $30 a month, slap a lil internet badge on your chest, and now you can be a dick to ppl and do whatever you want bc its YOUR house? like, dude...your hobby is a keyboard...chill. so he and i decided to be the opposite of the admins we worked with.
Sometimes, people are just so good, people think that they're cheating because they cannot perform at that level. Good job on hearing them out and giving them a chance. Plus you get to see all this awesome patience and planning.

most cant. when i ran a team, i think we had 18. i was susie homemaker managing the base. when my team needed ammo or something, they just waited in the airlock for me to bring it to them lol they would barely see the inside of base once every week or two

@@docholiday3800 brother… in Rust you can just press 1 button and the door opens… in day z you have to type in the 4 digit code individually for each gate and you can’t type the number either you have to cycle through the numbers until you get the correct one for each digit, it takes about 45 seconds to open one door in day z… imagine doing that for 30 gates😭😭😭

i had a base in hobo. trump tower. we had 40 T3 doors/hangers. lol it sucked forgetting something up stairs.

im sure there is...but thats an INSANE amount of data. theres over 20000 pieces of loot on the ground, and probably WAY more across the map. to track that, you would have to have some kind of ID for each item in a database somewhere. and "stealing"? do you have a server rule that you cant take stuff from other ppl?

I would think admin tools would show who first looted/interacted with an item, which may or may not indicae who it currently belongs to. There could also be a last_interacted_with_by property that if multiple items match, you have a probable owner.

it is. but they dont know there arent players around them. if there WERE players within 1km, and they used this tactic...then we would be praising them. dont worry, i got vids coming of raids going south bc of noise ;)
Its a big problem with admin abuse. A admin destroyed my bass within minutes. Took me months to build it

every video is dated in the description. this vid 5 months old, server was wiped over a month ago. i drop daily videos and i record daily so hypothetically, if i record new content today, you wont see that until november 2024 after yet another wipe.

The vss with armor piercing is actually a pretty good raiding gun. It hits the frame and the wall.
armor piercing or not, 9x39 is literally the best raiding ammo by far. almost by double. its also the rarest ammo by far. last i checked, 5 reg boxes 3 AP boxes on the server at any one time, according to official code
Any big bullet will also penetrate through to the frame just shoot right on the nails and you will hit both wall and frame

Cant they here you when your walking or is it just you. Im on a console we dont really get admin tools
everything i do is silent and invisible. even if i fire a full auto NON suppressed kam, they wont hear it. but they can hear where the bullets are landing. or they can hear if i throw something.
I play both but when I do plan on PC it's usually me running a server the admin abuse can be really bad on on pc thats why i tend to play dayz on xbox they dont have nearly as much access then pc
true! as well as its true theres way less regulation on cheaters. everyone has to pick their poison for sure.
OG official style? might have to check it out. some of these mods seriously take away the reasons why i play day
our server is IDENTICAL to official, with 2 exceptions...the custom map of course, and build anywhere scripts. all code is copied from official files. same loot amount and type, same vehicles, same stam, same spawn timers, same health, same everything.
Idk why they wouldn’t of just boosted thru the window besides wasting the bullets
they simply dont know as much as you do. you remember your 'dayz baby' days, where you learned something about the game and was like "NO WAY... you can do that?" but from then on, you were that much better at dayz. most of dayz is not skill...its knowledge. know what i mean? just this convo w you alone, there will be ppl that view this and think..."wait...you can boost into the windows?" trust me ;)
Hey man is there anyway I could be able to have flying powers like you do just to watch others play to see how others play and be like a fly on the wall? I'm not asking for admin powers to spawn stuff or anything but just simply be able to examine player behaviors? To be clear I would never play or meta game, just simply document and learn about the mindset of players and their dayz habits. ya i know, me too when i use to play on our other server...but we are an official replica server. besides the custom map and build anywhere scripts, we are pure. we have seen WAY too many admins change one little thing here, another tiny thing there...before you know it, it aint vanilla anymore

@Tomato king RAW, by no means telling you how to run your server bud but I play on a full pop server that's always busy...and for keeping the server smooth the owner admins have made a couple of easy rules ..that being no more then 4 doors to the loot room, 1 gun wall rack and gun rack on floor...and no more then 900 storage slots. Servers always smoother and fun...no dramas.. oh shit yeah almost forgot to hat there's no stashing cars as they wipe regularly..might not be for everyone but it's better than having a unhappy community bitching if that's the case that is...
ya we are an official replica server so cant limit doors, cant have gun racks, cant limit storage, cant have mods, cant stop ppl from stashing cars, etc. and bitching is welcome, afterall, we love official lol just hate the cheaters. what server you play?

technically yes, bc the map itself is a mod. thats it tho. all programmed code applied to this Chiemsee server is copied from either Livonia official code or Chernarus official code.
Deserved ? They are just playing dayz as its ment to be. And not cod rushes and shit go guns blazin... and they probably have some milly background same as we have in our squad and everything is methodical and planned , AND everyone knows what their job is.
ya i see 'methodical' SOOO rarely. ive only seen it from 2 groups on this Chiemsee server in 9 months. ive also seen full teams of ex mil that have NO CLUE how to be tactical. and then theres teams like i ran when i use to play, no mil exp for any of us.

ya staff cant play. we know too much and no matter if we turn off tools, not matter if we are ethical, we still know where ppls bases are by memory, where cars are, where certain players like to hang out, etc. not fair.
