First time tuning in - you have the perfect pacing and visual explanation of the fight. Multiple perspectives indicating the threats each ability posed is SO FREAKING NICE! From someone who used to hardcore raid and work on server-first progression, this was solid.
Honestly whenever I look up a guide you are the first to pop up and I just love how to the point and pleasant you are. Plus your voice is very ehh clear? Idk but you’re awesome so thanks lol

Just did this for the first time as SMN. Kept myself alive, but both healers and tanks died a few times, ressed the heals a ton. We all managed to just scrape by. "Good jobs heals! Great heals! Kept us healthy!". I am a joke.
As a healer (White Mage main), I appreciate the assist. If I die too many times (usually because it's my first or second go through the dungeon or trial) and someone helps raise me back up, they usually get my commendation.

Thank you for this! The only complaint I have about the fight is that the blades on the ground do not exactly line up with where your character is standing. Looking like you are safe is apparently not enough, it seems to be rather picky. Or this was a weird connection issue that was only obvious during these. I was in the gaps, but still taking damage whereas a fellow player was essentially a pixel to my right and they were fine. All in all it was still fun, this guide helped settle my anxiety about the encounter, and the group was super cool. Thanks again for having this here!
The whole 'every friend we met along the way' opens the dungeon leading to immediate trial featuring both the final Lightwarden _and_ the major human antagonist? Yeah. Just a bit of that final boss vibe.
Since 6.0, just one stack of slash resistance down will ensure a wipe on the ultimate blast, we had to use the tank's limit break to get through (I have no clue if you'd survive it with 0 stacks, but it seems a loooot harsher now).
This fight needs some re-tuning. If you PF this and get all Melee DPS, then you are screwed during the add phase. The timing of the aoe circles .. you loose precious seconds dodging because basically they all pop under the mob. The speed at which the add is consumed. The distance between adds.. This all makes for a near possible trial in duty finder. Its so different than other trials.
Coming from a game called Neverwinter. We recently got a trail "Zariel's Challange". A lot of people are saying it's a copy of this trial. Mechanics are so close as well as the scenery. Wild man. Good video.

As a SMN main who's kept a few trials going by rezzing healers and tanks, you have my sympathies.
As a healer, i always make sure to thank the person who rez me, i also commend them if i can :)
I wish I had more SMN and RM ressing and healing.99%of the time if I die it's over.

I disagree. Had no ranged dps in my initial PF run, it was tight but we killed the adds in time.
Doing this fight right now and I agree. The aoes spawn right under the adds making it difficult to burn them down fast enough
