Well there’s something to be said for a series called chefs night out.. 80% of chefs out there live the life of an industry chef. This guy is a restauranteur of the highest caliber. He doesn’t do what most average chefs do lol.
You people always make me wonder that why the f*ck am I still eating at McDonalds when there's a heaven of food out there. Student life is very restricting. Being single and not having foodie friends is another reason.

I know this vid is 5yr old & no one is gonna see my review, but, I think almost everyone that commented this was a great episode, his friends are cool, not hipsters & wasn’t drunk off their ass. I think this episode went the way it did is bc they are not his friends.. they don’t know each other.. the only guy he knew is Adam & he is Adam’s boss.. everyone else is a friend of a friend, so how could u get drunk &/or be yourself ? u don’t know these ppl.. & also he owns 3 restaurants & only invited 1 person to come on a night out ? that says a lot about him.. but then make all employees fm all 3 spots show up after they closed the restaurants.. THEN! he made them WAIT to eat bc HE wanna make PASTA fm SCRATCH.. for ppl how been making it & serving it ALL FUNK DAY.. so they gotta sit & listen to his god awful music.. now I see why he doesn’t have friends. 😤

Sushi is all about the rice! what you mean least talked about :]. If rice is not right, then the sushi is ass. But your remark holds true for more Americans. But anyone who truly is into sushi, should know the rice means a lot. Hell top tier sushi chefs spend years just practicing to make rice.

I was so confused i though the guy at the second restaurant was the dude hosting the episode cause i looked away for a second I was wondering why the fuck he was doing that accent talking then then i realized my mistake haha they look very similar together. Lol
why dose everything resort in these type shows to raw fish some where ? now fish is got micro plastics and heavy metals > i mean its food (raw food) you ever see a bear months later that eats raw salmon ? again its not like oh my god > its raw fish > eat it without anything on it > no seasoned rice > how good is it ....
