Okay, this is beyond cool looking. You are amazing with your ideas.
I wonder how many people that aren't into card making realize how many steps we all go through making one simple card?
WOW!!! What a great idea! I'm going to see if I can use flat sequins. I never use them on the outside of my cards because I'm afraid they'll fall off in the mail. But this may do the trick by laminating them to the front of the card. You are so inspirational!
@@tamielizabethallaway2413 I feel your pain! LOL! I also have some of that foil confetti you scatter on the table for weddings and birthdays. I think if it's not too thick, it should work. It may cause the lamination to unpeel if I were to die cut shapes from it, but I'm thinking of placing it on my card panel and laminating the entire thing as a card front. Keeping my fingers crossed! And I bought a jar of flakes/glitter/tiny confetti foil for nails a long time ago. Never used it, so may try that with die cutting - it's very small and thin. Good Luck!
Ann, this is a brilliant series. No pressure to buy something new, which is so great after the holidays. I think anyone with kids to buy for is certainly broke, because we always put ourselves last. You are just so kind, and your videos are so easy to relate too.
I lost my crafting mojo about a year ago , but since I found your channel my creative juices have started to flow again thanks.
That's amazing Hazel and makes me feel so happy 😊
the "thanks" that had the h cut off, I would just angle it on the card as if it were cut off there. Follow? Love all your ideas! Big fan across the pond.
Ann, you come up with the most unusual ideas, what a refreshing change from the same old stuff that's out there.😉
Wow thank you so much Linda😍😘
I have found, if my pouch bends or wrinkles, that running it through the laminator a second time, even backwards, straightens everything out.
Now you’ve done it.....I don’t have a laminator and now you made me really want one. I’ve been wanting one ....I’ve got to have many uses before I make a purchase of a crafty tool.
Gorgeous! It was because of this I asked my husband for a laminator for Xmas! My daughter rolled her eyes but I got it! Can’t wait to do this...please keep the laminator videos coming!
I sure will xx
I love when I get excited about a new creative idea! FANTASTIC!!!!!
Another very nice idea. Very simple, but cute cards.
How did I miss this one? Gorgeous cards!!
Such a clever idea. My laminator has never been used so much as it has with your wonderful ideas.
That's awesome Linda 😍 more to come soon x
Ann, I have no words to say enough how blown away I am by your creativity! Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful finds!
Ann that's a fabulous way to use up the metallic flakes. Another winner video.
You should open a craft school with all these ideas brilliant project blessing xx
What a nifty idea! Love it!
Everything is so beautiful. I could listen to you forever. So talented. Thanks for sharing Ann. 💖
Such a fun and very cool idea, Ann! I don't have the pretty flakes, but I even just LOVE the die cut words with the shiny look to them! The foam added behind the words really makes them stand out, as well. Thank you for this awesome video!
Hugs 💕 ~Suzy
Thanks Anne for another lovely card
Great idea. Glad you are finally settled and getting back to what you love 😃
You just taught me something new. I will be doing this type of cards with the laminator.
Another winner from our talented lady ❤️
Thank you so much xxc
What a great idea 👍🏼
I love this idea! This would also be cute to either sprinkle a little glitter in with it, or maybe punch little eighth or quarter inch circles from glitter card and put those in with it. Now just have to get my gilding flakes out of storage LOL
Yet another brilliant idea, Ann. I don’t have any guilding flakes and only a couple of sentiment dies, so will probably adapt by using scraps of foiled paper left over from projects . Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday ‘s project. Take care. Love all your laminating videos. Xxx
Wonderful idea! Very pretty cards! TYFS! 💖💖💖🌹🤓
You never cease to amaze all of us with your ideas!! TFS
Love this idea Ann! I'm gonna try and make some bows and flowers using this technique. You can make all kinds of little embellishments. You're awesome! Tfs.
LOVE your laminating tutorials!
So simple but yet so effective. BEAUTIFUL XX
At last, here’s a way to use up those flakes that’s not just a shaker card! Usually for the occasional gold accent, I take gold liquid watercolor and spritz it on top of whatever other liquid watercolors I’ve spritzed on the cardstock, but this is really cool!
he is just saying hello to us alll xxxxxxxx
Great idea Anne, cards have turned out great and look fab. xx
Another great idea. Glad to have you back. Hugs from Australia🦘🐨

Oh my goodness Ann, you are a genius with your laminator!!!! I don’t have any gilding flakes, but I have loads of glitter. Would that work the same? TFS!!! 🤗😘🤗😘🤗
😘 Yes I am pretty sure it will, as long as its not chunky xx
Hi Ann, What is the name and maker of the sentiment stamps in the little boxes that you used ... & hugs? Thank and Hugs from Australia ❤️❤️🐨❤️❤️
This is brilliant, left this video to reproduce it so I would never forget this technique. I'm a new subscriber as of right NOW. Thank You!!
Yes, I'm going to try it with glitter. TFS!

I love the Thanks card, it looks great with the stamped thanks at the bottom.
Love it Ann x

Love it! Such a beautiful effect. Thanks for sharing xx
Stunning and very creative.
The cards were so pretty!! Thanks for the idea and sharing!!
Wonderful idea. You are on my list of *Genius People* I can't wait to give it a go.
Brilliant idea thanks for sharing, I have no idea why you have any thumbs down on this as it's not only different but also saves the step of glossy accents which i do especially in and on memory books, scrapbooks ect or anything that's a long term item. I think the accetate would be really nice for butterflies and fairy wings, i have a cut and boss and find its best to use the metal plate to cut the thicker/double ones but if not in my snc then,i can't wait to use this and with glitter, thank you xx
Loving this.... Thank you for sharing...... Your the best ♥️♥️♥️♥️
This is such a “cool” idea. I had no idea you could do this. I was going to buy these gilding flakes but decided I would never use them. Now I’m sorry I didn’t get them. Thanks for sharing this.
What a great idea, the uses are endless. Well done!!! x
Really like the idea of using the flakes. Thank you for the demo and pretty cards
Another fantastic idea Ann! Thank you so much for sharing all your ideas with us creatively-challenged folk - you help us make such gorgeous cards etc x
Such a fab idea. Thanks x
Wow...Love this technique...the cards are beautiful!!!
Those turned out fabulous 😍
I know this is a bit late, but wanted to suggest... if you're laminating without paper between, put the pocket between a folded piece of paper... copy paper is good because it isn't too thick. That will prevent the plastic from warping from the heat.
Lovely!!
Wow what a cool idea. Thanks Ann another great idea.
Hi Ann, these are amazing and beautiful, love them ! I have to try this. Now, where are my flakes- and I am going to have to get some of those large word dies I have always wanted ! Thanks for sharing this brilliant idea.
