Ingredients:
- Beef Meat (1 Kg)
- Fennel Seeds (2 Tablespoon)
- Coriander (2 Tablespoon)
- Cumin Seeds (1½ Tablespoon)
- Salt - As Required (4 Tablespoon)
- Onion (800 gram)
- Bay Leaf (7 Nos)
- Ginger (1-2 Inch)
- Cinnamon Stick (3 Inch)
- Star Anise (4 Nos)
- Black Cardamom (3 Nos)
- Mace (1 nos)
- Garlic (6 Cloves)
- Water As Required (3.5 Litter or 10 Cup)
- Basmati Rice (1 Kg)
- Clarified butter (1 Cup)
- Green Cardamom (7 Nos)
- Cloves (9-10 Nos)
- Ginger & Garlic - Paist (3 Tablespoon)
- Yogurt (250 gram)
- Tomatos (1 Cup)
- Hot Spices Powder (1 Tablespoon)
- White Pepper Powder (1 Tablespoon)
- Green Coriander Leaves (1.½ Cup)
- Green Chilli (6 Nos)
Cook in Cauldron : 140 Minutes
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 2.5 Hours
Servings : 4 - 6 Person
