    باسمتی چاول (900 گرام)
    پانی حسب ضرورت (2 کپ)
    ضرورت کے مطابق گرم پانی (2 لیٹر)
    تیز پات (3-2 عدد)
    گلابی نمک - حسب ضرورت (1 چائے کا چمچ)
    موٹی ہری مرچ (2 عدد)
    کھانا پکانے کا تیل (2 چائے کے چمچ)
    لیموں کا رس (1 کھانے کا چمچ)
    باسمتی چاول - بھیگے ہوئے (900 گرام)
    سرسوں کا تیل (1 کپ)
    پیاز سلائس کٹ (3 بڑے)
    گل بادیان (2 عدد)
    سبز الائچی (6 پھلیاں)
    کالی الائچی (3 پھلیاں)
    جاوتری (1 بڑا)
    دار چینی (2 عدد)

    INTRODUCTION
    Let's start with the preparation steps.
    1. "Begin by soaking 900 grams of Basmati Rice in 2 cups of water for 2 hours."
    2. "For the Basmati Rice cooking, heat a pan and add hot water as required. To that, add 2-3 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of pink salt, 2 fat green chilies, 2 teaspoons of cooking oil, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice."
    3. "Cook this mixture for two minutes, and then add the soaked Basmati Rice (900g). Cook until it's 90% done, then sieve the rice well."
    4. "Now, let's move on to the Biryani Spices preparation. In a pan, heat 1 cup of mustard oil and fry 3 big sliced onions until they turn light brown."
    5. "Add 2 star anise, 6 green cardamom pods, 3 black cardamom pods, 1 big mace, 2 cinnamon sticks, 8-9 whole cloves, 2-3 bay leaves, and 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds."
    6. "Stir in 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste, followed by 1 cup of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of pink salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika powder or red bell pepper powder, 2 teaspoons of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds powder."
    7. "Add 1/2 cup of fried onions and 800 grams of shrimp (jhinga). Cook this mixture for ten minutes."
    8. "Finally, add 1 cup (200g) of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of hot spices powder, and 1/2 cup of mint leaves. Our biryani curry is now ready to be mixed with the boiled rice."
    COOKING
    Now, let's bring everything together in our final step, the Mixing Preparation.
    1. "In a large pot, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil."
    2. "Layer in the prepared Basmati Rice."
    3. "Pour in the prepared Biryani Curry, ensuring an even distribution."
    4. "Add 1/2 teaspoon of food color for that vibrant look."
    5. "Top it off with additional fried onions for extra crunch and 1/4 cup of chopped mint for freshness."
    6. "Now, it's time for dum cooking. Place the pot on the stove, cover it, and cook on low flame for 25 minutes.
