For fighting Lynels: it looked like you were trying to flurry rush backwards a lot after trying to give it a headshot to stun it. The reason why it always killed you in those situations is that you can't flurry rush when you are holding your bow. So when you see you failed a headshot and are in hit range, immediately put the bow away! It's a bit tricky at first to get everything done quickly in the correct order. But after a while it's a matter of 1-2 seconds to put it away and flurry rush right after (depending on how far the Lynel is into its attack I'd say you have about 1-3 seconds before he can attack you)
I was playing with a non-pro controller and so the aiming was really slow, so sometimes I would assume I hit the head when I didn't, leading to me not being prepared when he swung. I'm normally really good with combat, it might've just been nerves haha! Thank you for the advice! 😄

Would...killing a Lynel with an ancient arrow have counted? Cuz theres some of those inside and around the castle. Just BLSS or boomzoom over there and grab one, then oneshot one of the Lynels in the castle for an easy win. if it counts, anyway.
I wouldn't have counted it just because you don't get the loot, but that might just be me. It did cross my mind but I was already so behind anyway it didn't matter much 🤙

Just in case you see this 4 months later, faries only respawn when you have 2 or less in your inventory, so you can hold them(don't drop them) the approach and wait for them to spawn
