I keep thinking that something is going to jump out at you as you wander around these places.
Haha yeah, I've often though that :)
The only thing of value is the land! Depending on the going market for that piece! If you were to build anything your better to tear everything down and start from scratch, then you have to include that into your price of building new . The tearing down and removal of all the stuff.
No rush to buy, repos will only increase over the next year, govt is already preparing for a rush of repos of EVs by asking banks to restructure loans on cars rather than taking them and selling them off for loose change.
It has a boundary wall all around ,and solid floor .You would need to check does it have electric and water .I would be tempted to buy one of those ready made wooded homes on stilts for around B500,000 and just plank in in there to live .
Yeah, those wooden houses look great, see them for sale on the side of the road :)
There's no way you could sell that for 26k USD in America. Maybe it's 20 minutes from the city but you're in the middle of desolate fields in all directions. I think people are betting on Thailands growth to continue at the rate of the last 20 years for the next 20 years. Birth rates are below replacement along with the most of the world so I don't see this happening.
Cheers John, thanks I like the bank repo vids, show some great bargains..
If I had a Thai wife I would buy a few.
Haha yeah, always fun to look at these!
Why do a video of something you could never own ?
For fun?
@@JonInChiangMai it wouldn't be fun if a foreigner bought it due to your video.
You should make a disclaimer at the start of your video
looks cold there
You’ve shown better, this one no for me
Will banks negotiate?
I'm not sure on negotiability tbh, I would have thought they would be open to offers :)
Thanks.
Yeah that one looks like someone started making a restaurant/home and ran out of money 1/2 way through. Think it is a little too far gone and needing way to many renovations.
