Discovering Chizarira National Park, Zimbabwe

Hi friends and followers, we are back! During these qieter days of lockdown, we re-discovered some of the footage we took during our recent conservation expedition, but that has never seen the light of day! We wanted to share it with you now, and bring some adventure into your homes during this difficult time.
In this episode, we travel off the beaten track to Chizarira National Park in Zimbabwe. Known as "The Hidden Gorges", Chizarira is Zimbabwe’s third-largest national park but arguably its most remote wilderness area! Join us on this adventure as we battle some tough terrain and get rewarded some very special views!

OHHHH THANK YOU> So few people ever go to Chiz. I did on first trip to Zim in 1991- so breaking I didn't even go on the first walk. Had sundowners up on a hill with that view!! Zim never fails to bring awe.

Binga land of the BaTonga. Will make sure I pack a lot of sweeties when I go there. It is the least visited game park but the most beautiful views

Just loved the outlook on that Chizarira National Park. Beautiful scenery.....those mountains......that view from the shower and fireplace.....Wow!!! Not keen on that road though!!
