Probably December 1993. Ben Kinchlow hosted The 700 Club 1992-96 and Kirk's first album was June 1993. He also says "this holiday season".

How did Kirk get away with this? Did you hear the lyrics of his 1993 hit “Behold the Lamb of God”? Jesus was “Born into sin that I may live again
The Precious Lamb of God. . .” Jesus was NOT born into sin. That means that Jesus had a sinful nature, which means that he’s not worthy of becoming the sacrificial lamb for our sins because he was born sinful like the rest of us. How did we not catch this since 1993?? He’s been penning trouble lyrics from the beginning.
